| Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อสร้างระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจสำหรับผู้บริหารในการวางแผนการขายและการผลิตสำหรับธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมบรรจุภัณฑ์กระดาษ สืบเนื่องมาจากการที่ในองค์กรยังขาดระบบที่จะช่วยผู้บริหารวางแผนการขายและการผลิตที่เหมาะสม ซึ่งผลทำให้ผู้บริหารขาดทางเลือกในการตัดสินใจวางแผน ทำให้เกิดการวางแผนที่ล่าช้าและไม่เหมาะสม โดยสุดท้ายผลที่ตามมาคือ การเพิ่มขึ้นของต้นทุนและการขาดแคลนวัตถุดิบในการผลิต ระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจที่สร้างขึ้นมาจะเป็นการสร้างระบบขึ้นมาให้เหมาะสมกับลักษณะเฉพาะของโรงงานที่เป็นกรณีศึกษา ขั้นตอนในการสร้างระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเริ่มตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนแรกคือ การสำรวจสภาพของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในองค์กรโดยจะเน้นที่ปัญหาทางด้านการขายและการผลิต หลังจากนั้น จึงได้เข้าสู่กระบวนการสร้างระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยการสร้างฐานข้อมูล การสร้างส่วนโครงสร้างการคำนวณ และส่วนติดต่อกับผู้ใช้งาน ในส่วนของผลการนำระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจมาใช้งาน ระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจได้ใช้งานทั้งกับข้อมูลในอดีตและกับข้อมูลในปัจจุบัน พบว่าสามารถให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์โดยส่งผลให้สามารถลดความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้นในอดีตได้ และสามารถเพิ่มรายได้ให้กับบริษัท โดยในการนำระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจมาใช้งานกับสถานการณ์ในอดีตสามารถลดความสูญเสียลงได้ จากต้นทุนที่เพิ่มขึ้น 3,176,910 บาท ลดลงเหลือ 2,379,995 บาท ลง 796,915 บาท คิดเป็น 25.08% ของความสูญเสียเดิม และในส่วนของการนำระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจมาใช้งานกับข้อมูลปัจจุบัน ผลปรากฏว่าแผนการขายที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยอาศัยระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจช่วยให้องค์กรมีรายรับมากขึ้นกว่าการตัดสินใจโดยไม่ใช้ระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ โดยเพิ่มจาก 9,405,200 บาท เป็น 9,525,200 บาทต่อเดือน เพิ่มขึ้น 120,000 บาท หรือคิดเป็น 1.28% และผลของการให้ผู้ใช้งานปรับเปลี่ยนแผนการขายโดยอิสระโดยใช้ระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจจะช่วยแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดในการวางแผนลงได้ |
| Other Abstract: | The objective of this thesis was to build a decision support system for sale and production planning in paper packaging industry. The thesis was developed because the organization was lacking of a system that help executive make decisions about sale and production planning. By these the executive did not have enough choice and information to make a good decision that was leaded to increase of product cost and follow by lacking of raw material. In general, the decision support system was built to exactly meet the requirement of the organization. The methods of building the decision system was begin with, the analysis of decision making process and supporting data and then apply tools to design and build the system. Next, the database was created and follows by model base part and user interface part. The decision support system was implemented with both past data and present data and was proved that the system could gave the useful information to the executive. By implemented the decision support system to the past data, the result was the reduction in cost defection from 3,176,910 Baht reduce to 2,376,995 Baht reduce 796,915 Baht or 25.08% Also implemented decision support system to the present data, the result was the increase of incomes compared to the decision without using the decision support system. The income was increase from 9,405,200 Baht per month to 9,525,200 Baht per month increases 120,000 Baht or 1.28%. Furthermore, the system also currects the incorrect decision of production planning. |
