dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับดุลยพินิจเชิงจริยธรรมและระดับการฝ่าฝืนระเบียบวินัยของนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับดุลยพินิจเชิงจริยธรรมและระดับการฝ่าฝืนระเบียบวินัยระหว่างนิสิตที่มีภูมิหลังต่างกัน และ3) เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุดุลยพินิจเชิงจริยธรรมที่ส่งผลต่อการฝ่าฝืนระเบียบวินัยของนิสิตที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นิสิตระดับปริญญาบัณฑิตของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยจำนวน 640 คน ตัวแปรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ตัวแปรแฝง 2 ตัวแปร คือ ดุลยพินิจเชิงจริยธรรม และการฝ่าฝืนระเบียบวินัย ตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 14 ตัวแปร ใช้วัดตัวแปรแฝงทั้ง 2 ตัวแปร และตัวแปรสังเกตได้ซึ่งเป็นตัวแปรปัจจัย คือ ตัวแปรภูมิหลัง 4 ตัวแปร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามวัดระดับการฝ่าฝืนระเบียบวินัยของนิสิตและแบบวัดระดับดุลยพินิจเชิงจริยธรรม (The Defining Issues Test : DIT) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การวิเคราะห์ค่าสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์การถดถอย การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลลิสเรล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยมีระดับดุลยพินิจเชิงจริยธรรมอยู่ในขั้นพัฒนาการดุลยพินิจเชิงจริยธรรมขั้นที่ 4 เป็นจริยธรรมแห่งการทำตามกฏหมายและมีระดับการฝ่าฝืนระเบียบวินัยอยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุดทุกด้าน 2) ตัวแปรภูมิหลัง ได้แก่ เพศ ระดับการศึกษา สาขาวิชา และเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม ที่ทำให้ระดับดุลยพินิจเชิงจริยธรรมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คือ เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม และตัวแปรภูมิหลังที่ทำให้ระดับการฝ่าฝืนระเบียบวินัยแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มี 3 ตัวแปร คือ เพศ สาขาวิชา และเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 3) โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุดุลยพินิจเชิงจริยธรรมที่ส่งผลต่อการฝ่าฝืนระเบียบวินัยของนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ผลการตรวจสอบความตรงมีค่าไค-สแควร์ (chi-square) เท่ากับ 33.980; p = 0.737 ที่องศาอิสระเท่ากับ 40 มีค่า GFI เท่ากับ 0.992 ค่า AGFI เท่ากับ 0.980 และค่า RMR เท่ากับ 0.007 ตัวแปรในโมเดลสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของระดับดุลยพินิจเชิงจริยธรรมและระดับการฝ่าฝืนระเบียบวินัยของนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยได้ร้อยละ 2 และ 27.5.	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were 1) to study the moral judgment level and the violation of disciplinary code level of Chulalongkorn University students. 2) to compare the moral judgment level and the violation of disciplinary code level between University students who had different background 3) to develop and examine the goodness of fit of a causal model moral judgment effecting violation of disciplinary code of university students to the empirical data. The participants of this research were 640 graduate students of Chulalongkorn University. The developed model consisted of 2 latent variables: moral judgment and violation of disciplinary code; and 14 observed variables measuring those 2 latent variables and observed variables are 4 background factors. The research instruments were violation of disciplinary code level questionnaire and measurement scales of moral judgment level (The Defining Issues Test : DIT). Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, oneway ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, regression analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and LISREL model analysis. The research finding were as follows: 1) Chulalongkorn University students had moral judgment level in moral judgment development stages 4 (The morality of laward duty social order) and the violation of disciplinary code level was in the least level all aspects. 2) Background variables included gender, class level, majors and GPAX. The GPAX is significantly different at the alpha level of .01 in moral judgment level and the gender, major and GPAX are significantly different at the alpha level of .01 in violation of disciplinary code level. 3) A causal model moral judgment effecting violation of disciplinary code of Chulalongkorn university students was fitted to the empirical data. The results of the model validation indicated that the chi-square, goodness of fit test was 33.980, p = 0.737, df = 40, GFI = 0.992, AGFI = 0.980 and RMR = 0.007. The variables in the model accounted for 2% and 27.5% of the moral judgment level and the violation of disciplinary code level of Chulalongkorn University students.	en
