| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมวัยผู้ใหญ่และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคัดสรร คือ อาการปวดเข่า ความรุนแรงของโรค ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง การสนับสนุนทางสังคม ภาวะซึมเศร้า อายุ ดัชนีมวลกายกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมวัยผู้ใหญ่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมวัยผู้ใหญ่ จำนวน 150 คน เลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน ที่เข้ารับการรักษาแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกคลินิกโรคกระดูกและข้อของโรงพยาบาลภูมิพลอดุลยเดช กรมแพทย์ทหารอากาศ โรงพยาบาลเลิดสิน และโรงพยาบาลศิริราช เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินอาการปวด แบบประเมินความรุนแรงของโรค แบบประเมินความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง แบบประเมิน การสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้า และแบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิต ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน และหาค่าความเที่ยงได้เท่ากับ .76, .75, .92, .91, .92, และ .92 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของ เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมวัยผู้ใหญ่มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมเฉลี่ยในระดับสูง (X = 2.74, SD = .50) 2. ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง การสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมวัยผู้ใหญ่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .30 และ.36 ตามลำดับ) 3. อาการปวดเข่า ความรุนแรงของโรค และ ดัชนีมวลกาย มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับต่ำกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมวัยผู้ใหญ่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = -.33, -.34, และ -.18 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนภาวะซึมเศร้ามีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับสูงกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมวัยผู้ใหญ่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = -. 65) 4. อายุไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมวัยผู้ใหญ่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 (r = -.06) |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were to explain quality of life and to investigate the relationships between pain, severity, self care ability, social support, depression, age, body mass index, and quality of life among knee osteoarthritic adult patients. The study subjects consisted of 150 out-patients with knee osteoarthritis at the Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital Royal Thai Airforce, Lerdsin Hospital and Siriraj Hospital selected by a multistage random sampling. Six questionnaires were used to collecting data Pain, Severity of disease, Self care ability, Social support, Depression and Quality of life questionnaire. All questionnaires were tested for content validities by five panel of experts, and reliabilities that alpha Cronbach ’ s coefficient were .76, .75, .92, .91, .92, and .92, respectively. Descriptive statistics (e.g., percent, mean, and standard deviation) and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation were used to analyze data. The major findings were as follows: 1. The quality of life of knee osteoarthritis adult patients were at the high level (X = 2.74 , SD = 0.5) 2. There were positive statistically significant relationships between self care ability, social support and quality of life of knee osteoarthritic adult patients at the low and low level (r .30, .36 , respectively, p <.05) 3. There was negative statistically significant relationship between pain, severity of disease, depression, body mass index and quality of life of knee osteoarthritic adult patients at the low, low, high and low level (r = -.33, r =-.34, r =-.65,r = -.18 , respectively, p <.05) 4. There was no significant relationship between age and quality of life of osteoarthritis adult patients (r = -.06 , p > .05) |
