| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์และความคิดเห็นด้านสื่อการสอน ของผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2. เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการสื่อการสอนของผู้บริหาร และความต้องการในการใช้สื่อการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 3. เพื่อสำรวจสภาพการใช้สื่อการสอนของผู้บริหาร และครูในโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 4. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้สื่อการสอนของครูโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร วิธีดำเนินงานในการวิจัย รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จากตัวอย่างประชากรจำนวน 307 คนสุ่มตัวอย่างจากผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 1500 คน แบบสอบถามที่ได้รับกลับคืนมา นำมาหาค่าสถิติคิดเป็นร้อยละค่ามัชฌิมาเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย 1. ผู้บริหารมีประสบการณ์ในด้านสื่อการสอนปานกลาง แต่ทั้งครูและผู้บริหารก็รู้จักสื่อการสอนมาก และเห็นว่าสื่อการสอนมีคุณค่าต่อการเรียนการสอน 2. ผู้บริหารต้องการให้สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชนได้มีการช่วยเหลือในด้านบริการด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และการผลิตสื่อการสอนและควรจัดตั้งศูนย์บริการสื่อการสอนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา และต้องการให้ทางโรงเรียนจัดหาสื่อการสอนเกือบทุกประเภทเพิ่มมากขึ้น 3. ผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา มีสภาพการใช้สื่อการสอนประเภทอุปกรณ์น้อยมาก ประเภทวัสดุมีปานกลาง ส่วนทางด้านสถานที่ในการให้บริการประเภทห้องประชุมและห้องโสตทัศนศึกษามีอยู่น้อยมาก 4. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคคือ ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่บริการสื่อการสอนโดยตรงให้กับครู ครูทำหน้าที่สอนมากจนไม่มีเวลาในการจัดเตรียมสื่อการสอน และยังมีสื่อการสอนไม่เพียงพอ ข้อเสนอแนะ 1. โรงเรียนควรจัดให้มีห้องโสตทัศนศึกษาที่มีอุปกรณ์สื่อการสอนและเจ้าหน้าที่ เพื่อให้บริการแก่ครูในโรงเรียน 2. ครู อาจารย์ของโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ควรหาความรู้เพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับเทคนิค วิธีการแบบใหม่ๆ ในการสอนและผลิตสื่อการสอนมาช่วยปรับปรุงวิธีการสอนให้ดีขึ้น 3. สำนักคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน ควรจัดตั้งบริการสื่อการสอนสำหรับโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา เพื่อเป็นหน่วยกลางในการให้บริการ การใช้สื่อการสอนแก่โรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes : 1. To study experiences and opinions of administrators and teachers in Private Vocational Schools in Bangkok Metropolis concerning instructional media. 2. To study needs of administrators and teachers in instructional media utilization in Private Vocational Schools in Bangkok Metropolis. 3. To survey status of administrators and teachers utilization of instructional media in Private Vocational Schools in Bangkok Metropolis. 4. To study problems and obstacles of adminstrators and teachers utilization of instructional media in Private Vocational Schools in Bangkok Metropolis. Procedure Three humdred and seven administrators and teachers of Private Vocational School in Bangkok Metropolis were selected randomly from the total of one thousand and five hundred administrators and teachers. The data were collected by mean of the questionnaires. Data were statistically analysed in term of percentage, arithmetic mean and Standard deviation. Results : 1. Administrators had moderate experiences in the utilization of instructional Media. But most of both administrators and teachers knew instructional media and appreciated the value of its. 2. Administrators wanted the Private Educational Committee Office to organize the service centers in order to provide the equipment and materials for Private Vocational School Groups, therefore the various kinds of instructional media should be increased in Private Vocational Schools. 3. Administrators and teachers of Private Vocational Schools had less need and use of equipment but moderate need and use of materials. However the conference rooms and media centers for providing facilities and services were less. 4. The problems and obstacles were lack of personel in media servicing, teachers had no time to produce and prepare the instructional media, because they had too many teaching loads and the instructional materials in school were insufficient. Suggestions : 1. The instructional media center should establish in Private Vocational Schools and it should have sufficient facilities and personel to meet the requirment of the teachers. 2. Teachers of Private Vocational Schools ought to find knowledge about teaching techniques, new methods in teaching and producing instructional media to improve their own teaching. 3. Private Educational Committee Office should establish the instructional media center for Private Vocational Schools. |
