| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาการใช้ประโยชน์อาคารสถานที่ของวิทยาลัยครูแต่ละวิทยาลัยในภาคใต้ แล้วเปรียบเทียบกับค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ที่เหมาะสม ซึ่งผู้วิจัยกำหนดไว้ดังนี้ (1) สถานที่ด้านการเรียนการสอน ได้แก่ อัตราการใช้ห้องเรียน อัตราการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการ และอัตราการใช้พื้นที่ต่อนักศึกษา มีค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ที่เหมาะสม เท่ากับ 80, 75 และ 80 ตามลำดับ (2) สถานที่ด้านบริหารและบริการได้แก่ อัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องบริหารบริการ และอัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องส้วม มีค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ที่เหมาะสมเท่ากับ ร้อยละ 100 ทั้งสองค่า ผู้วิจัยได้สำรวจและรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสภาพการใช้ประโยชน์อาคารสถานที่ของวิทยาลัยครูทั้ง 4 วิทยาลัยและคำนวณหาค่าการใช้ประโยชน์อาคารสถานที่ของวิทยาลัยครูในภาคใต้ ผลปรากฏว่า 1. ค่าการใช้ประโยชน์อาคารสถานที่ทางด้านการเรียนการสอน ได้แก่ อัตราการใช้ห้องเรียน อัตราการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการ และอัตราการใช้พื้นที่ต่อนักศึกษา ค่าการใช้ประโยชน์อาคารสถานที่ทางด้านบริหารและบริการ ได้แก่ อัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องบริหารบริการ และอัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องส้วม ของแต่ละวิทยาลัย ปรากฏดังนี้ 1.1 วิทยาลัยครูนครศรีธรรมราช มีค่าการใช้ประโยชน์อาคารสถานที่เท่ากับร้อยละ 55.61, 41.69, 47.16 สำหรับด้านการเรียนการสอน และ 98.11, 49.06 สำหรับด้านบริหารและบริการ ตามลำดับ 1.2 วิทยาลัยครูภูเก็ต มีค่าการใช้ประโยชน์อาคารสถานที่เท่ากับร้อยละ 63.78, 52.86, 46.67 สำหรับด้านการเรียนการสอน และ 100.48, 45.77 สำหรับด้านบริหารและบริการ ตามลำดับ 1.3 วิทยาลัยครูยะลา มีค่าการใช้ประโยชน์อาคารสถานที่เท่ากับ ร้อยละ 53.46, 50.80, 51.83 สำหรับด้านการเรียนการสอน และ 94.33, 73.48 สำหรับด้านบริหารและบริการ ตามลำดับ 1.4 วิทยาลัยครูสงขลา มีค่าการใช้ประโยชน์อาคารสถานที่เท่ากับ ร้อยละ 60.10, 37.05, 46.22 สำหรับด้านการเรียนการสอน และ 98.38, 48.90 สำหรับด้านบริหารและบริการ 2. วิทยาลัยครูในภาคใต้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยปานกลางของค่าการใช้ประโยชน์อาคารสถานที่ทางด้านการเรียนการสอนอันได้แก่ อัตราการใช้ห้องเรียน อัตราการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการ และอัตราการใช้พื้นที่ต่อนักศึกษา เท่ากับร้อยละ 57.88, 45.37 และ 48.10 ตามลำดับ ส่วนค่าเฉลี่ยปานกลางของการใช้ประโยชน์อาคารสถานที่ทางด้านบริหารและบริการ อันได้แก่ อัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องบริหารบริการ และอัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ ห้องส้วม เท่ากับร้อยละ 97.83 และ 54.35 ตามลำดับ 3. แต่ละวิทยาลัย มีอัตราการใช้ห้องเรียน อัตราการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการ และอัตราการใช้พื้นที่ต่อนักศึกษา ต่ำกว่าค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ที่เหมาะสม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 และค่าเฉลี่ยปานกลางของอัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ดังกล่าวก็ต่ำกว่าค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ที่เหมาะสม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 เช่นกัน ส่วนค่าเฉลี่ยปานกลางของอัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องบริหารบริการ และอัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องส้วมนั้นก็ต่ำกว่าค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ที่เหมาะสมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 และ .01 ตามลำดับ 4. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าการใช้ประโยชน์อาคารสถานที่ของแต่ละวิทยาลัยกับค่าเฉลี่ยปานกลาง พบว่า 4.1 วิทยาลัยครูนครศรีธรรมราช มีอัตราการใช้ห้องเรียน อัตราการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการ อัตราการใช้พื้นที่ต่อนักศึกษา อัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องบริหารบริการ และ อัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องส้วม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 4.2 วิทยาลัยครูภูเก็ต มีอัตราการใช้ห้องเรียน อัตราการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการและอัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องบริหารบริการในระดับสูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยปานกลาง ส่วนอัตราการใช้พื้นที่ต่อนักศึกษา และอัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องส้วม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 4.3 วิทยาลัยครูยะลา มีอัตราการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการ อัตราการใช้พื้นที่ต่อนักศึกษาและอัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องส้วม ในระดับสูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยปานกลาง แต่มีอัตราการใช้ห้องเรียนและอัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องบริหารบริการ ในระดับต่ำกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยปานกลาง 4.4 วิทยาลัยครูสงขลา มีอัตราการใช้ห้องเรียน อัตราการใช้พื้นที่ต่อนักศึกษา อัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องบริหารบริการ และอัตราการใช้ประโยชน์ห้องส้วม ในระดับปานกลาง แต่มีอัตราการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการ ในระดับต่ำกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยปานกลาง |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research are to study the space utilization in each teacher college in the southern part of Thailand and compare the actual utilization with the expected optimum utilization and the normal expectancy. The expected optimum utilizations are as follows: (1) Space for teaching such as classroom utilization, laboratory utilization, and space utilization should be 80, 75 and 80 percent respectively. (2) space for administration and service such as the administration service utilization and water- closet utilization should be 100 percent each. The researcher had surveyed and collected data about the space utilization of four teacher colleges in the southern part of Thailand and analyzed The results are: 1. The utilization rate of space for teaching such as the classroom, the laboratory, the space per student and the utilization rate of space for administration and service such as the administration-service, the water-closet of each college are: A. Nakhon Si Thammrat Teacher College: 55.61, 41.69, 47.16 for teaching and 98.11, 49.06 for administration and service respectively. B. Phuket Teacher College: 63.78, 52.86, 46.67 for teaching and 100.48, 45.77 for administration and service respectively. C. Yala Teacher College: 53.46 50,80, 51.83 for teaching and 94.83, 73.48 for administration and service respectively. D. Songkhla Teacher College: 60.10, 37.05, 46.22 for teaching and 98.38, 48.90 for administration and service respectively. 2. The normal expectancy of the classroom, the laboratory and the space per student utilization rate are 57.88, 45.37 and 48.10 respectively. The normal expectancy of the administration service and the water-closet utilization rate are 97.83, and 54.35 respectively. 3. The utilization rate of the classroom, the laboratory, the space per student of each teacher college and the normal expectancy of each type is lower than the expected optimum utilization at .01 level of significance, and the normal expectancy of the administration-service and the water-closet utilization rate are lower than the expected optimum utilization at .05 and .01 level of significance, respectively. 4. The space utilization for each teacher college are as follows: A. Nakhon Si Thammrat Teacher College: all of these types are utilized equal with the normal expectancy. B.Phuket Teacher College: the utilization rate of the classroom , the laboratory and the administration-service are higher than the normal expectancy; but the space per student and the water-closet utilization rate are utilized equal with the normal expectancy. C. Yala Teacher College: the utilization rate of the laboratory, the space per student and the water-closet are utilized higher than the normal expectancy; but the classroom and the administration-service utilization rate are utilized lower than the normal expectancy. D. Songkhla Teacher College: the utilization rate of the classroom, the space per student, the administration-service and the water-closet are utilized equal with the normal expectancy; but laboratory utilization rate is utilized lower than the normal expectancy. |
