dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการณ์ของภาพยนตร์ไทยสำหรับเด็กโดยศึกษาจากการผลิต การจัดจำหน่ายและการฉายตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2544 – พ.ศ. 2553 จำนวน 10 เรื่อง ศึกษารูปแบบการผลิตภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศสำหรับเด็กที่มีสัมฤทธิ์ผล ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่ทำให้ภาพยนตร์สำหรับเด็กประสบความสำเร็จในระดับสากล โดยเลือกภาพยนตร์สำหรับเด็กจาก 3 ประเทศคือ ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ประเทศอังกฤษ และประเทศญี่ปุ่น และศึกษานโยบายการส่งเสริมภาพยนตร์ของบางประเทศ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางการส่งเสริมภาพยนตร์ไทยสำหรับเด็ก การวิจัยนี้ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยมีการเก็บข้อมูลทั้งจากการวิจัยเอกสาร สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สื่อวีดิทัศน์ และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ผลิตภาพยนตร์ไทยสำหรับเด็ก เพื่อหาข้อมูลที่ต้องการมาประกอบเป็นแนวทางในการศึกษา ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสภาพการณ์ของภาพยนตร์ไทยสำหรับเด็กกำลังค่อยๆเพิ่มจำนวนขึ้นอย่างช้า ๆ สำหรับปัจจัยที่ทำให้ภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศสำหรับเด็กประสบความสำเร็จเนื่องจากมีการนำหนังสือที่รู้จักกันอย่างแพร่หลายมาสร้างเป็นภาพยนตร์ อีกประการหนึ่งคือความมีชื่อเสียงของผู้กำกับภาพยนตร์ สำหรับแนวทางการส่งเสริมภาพยนตร์ไทยสำหรับเด็ก ผู้ผลิตภาพยนตร์ไทยสำหรับเด็กควรผลิตด้วยเงินทุนต่ำ แต่ต้องมีบทภาพยนตร์ที่ดี ทีมงานที่ดี อนึ่ง รัฐบาลไทยควรมีส่วนสนับสนุน ส่งเสริม ช่วยเหลือผู้ผลิตภาพยนตร์ไทยสำหรับเด็กในทุกๆด้าน ตั้งแต่การผลิตภาพยนตร์ การจัดจำหน่าย และการฉาย ภาพยนตร์ไทยสำหรับเด็กควรยึดหลักแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับคุณค่าของภาพยนตร์ คือมีคุณค่าต่อชีวิต มีคุณค่าต่อสังคม มีคุณค่าทางศิลปะ มีคุณค่าทางวิทยาศาสตร์ คือมีเหตุและผล	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research are to 1) study the scenario of Thai children films produced, distributed and exhibited from 2001 to 2010 A.D., 2) mode of production of children films overseas that achieved international success, namely, USA, UK and Japan, and 3) promotional policy of selected countries as guideline for promotional approach of children films in Thailand. This is a qualitative research, using a total of 10 children films as sample group. The data are collected from documents, electronic media, video including depth interview of Thai children film producers in order to obtain the required information. The findings of the research are as follows. The number of Thai children films is slowly but steadily increasing. The key success factors for children films in selected countries are the use of adapted screenplay from well-known books and the reputation of the directors themselves. As regards the promotional approach for Thai children films, the producers should resort to low budget production with good script and skillful production crew. On top of that, the Thai government should support, promote and assist the producers in every way, from production, distribution to exhibition. It should also be noted that Thai children films should abide by the concepts relating to film value which include value to the life principle, social value, artistic value and scientific value.	en
