| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทหน้าที่รับผิดชอบของผู้ประสานงานกรมสามัญศึกษาประจำจังหวัด ตามความคาดหวังของผู้ประสานงานเองและศึกษาธิการจังหวัด 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทหน้าที่รับผิดชอบงานของผู้ประสานงานกรมสามัญศึกษาประจำจังหวัด ตามความคาดหวังของผู้ประสานงานเองและผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษาระดับจังหวัด 3. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทหน้าที่รับผิดชอบงานของผู้ประสานงานกรมสามัญศึกษาประจำจังหวัด ตามความคาดหวังของศึกษาธิการจังหวัดและผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษาประจำจังหวัด 4. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทหน้าที่รับผิดชอบของผู้ประสานงานกรมสามัญศึกษาประจำจังหวัด ตามความคาดหวังของผู้ประสานงานเอง ศึกษาธิการจังหวัดและผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษาระดับจังหวัด วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ประสานงานกรมสามัญศึกษาประจำจังหวัด จำนวน 71 คน ศึกษาธิการจังหวัดในส่วนภูมิภาค จำนวน 71 คน และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษาระดับจังหวัดในส่วนภูมิภาค จำนวน 71 คน รวม 213 คน 2. เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม 1 ชุด ลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจสอบ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น และแบบปลายเปิด ซึ่งถามเกี่ยวกับเรื่องที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับชุมนุมชน การบริหารงานวิชาการ การบริหารงานบุคคล และการบริหารงานธุรการ 3. การเก็บรวบรวมและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล แบบสอบถามส่งไปจำนวน 213 ฉบับ ได้รับกลับคืน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 76.52 แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานที่เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2 กลุ่ม ใช้ค่า t ( t-test ) และ 3 กลุ่ม ใช้ค่า F ( F-test ) สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. ผลการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพของผู้ประสานงานพบว่า ผู้ประสานงานส่วนใหญ่มีอายุระหว่าง 40 – 44 ปี อายุราชการระหว่าง 6 – 10 ปี และมีวุฒิปริญญาตรี 2. ผลการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับบทบาทหน้าที่รับผิดชอบของผู้ประสานงานกรมสามัญศึกษาประจำจังหวัดทั้ง 4 ด้าน ปรากฏดังนี้ 2.1 กลุ่มผู้ประสานงานและกลุ่มศึกษาธิการจังหวัด มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ( t = 2.55 ) 2.2 กลุ่มผู้ประสานงานและกลุ่มผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ( t = 2.50 ) 2.3 กลุ่มศึกษาธิการจังหวัดและกลุ่มผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ 2.4 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้ง 3 กลุ่มแล้ว ปรากฏว่า มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ ระดับ .05 ( F = 4.11 ) | - |

To compare the role expectation of the Provincial Co-ordinators of Department of General Education and the Provincial School Superintendents concerning the functional roles and responsibilities of the Provincial Co-ordinators. 2. To compare the role expectations of the Provincial Co-ordinators of Department of General Education and the Provincial Secondary School Directors concerning the functional roles and responsibilities of the Provincial Co-ordinators. 3. To compare the role expectations of the Provincial School Superintendents and the Provincial Secondary School Directors concerning the functional roles and responsibilities of the Provincial Co-ordinators. 4. To compare the roles expectations of the Provincial Co-ordinators of Department of General Education, the Provincial Secondary School Directors and the Provincial School Superintendents concerning the functional roles and responsibilities of the Provincial Co-ordinator. Research Procedures: 1. The total population in this study included 213 persons who are 71 Provincial Co-ordinators of Department of General Education, 71 Provincial School Superintendents and 71 Provincial Secondary School Directors. 2. The instrument used in this study was a opinionnaire form stating 50 selected functions of the Provincial Co-ordinators of Department of General Education. These statements covered all k major task areas: they are community relations, academic administration, personnel administration and business administration and services. 3. A total o-f 213 opinionnaires were distributed by post. Of these 163 or 76, 52 percent were returned. The data were then analysed by the use of percentage, arithmetic means and standard deviation. The Analysis of Variance was used to test the three hypotheses and t-test was used to compare between the pair, and t-test to each pair of the group means. Conclusions: 1. Most members of the Provincial Co-ordinators of Department of General Education were 40-44 years old, 6-10 years in government positions and have a Bachelor’s Degree. 2. There was significantly different at .05 level (t=2.55) concerning the role expectations of the Provincial Co-ordinators as perceived by the Provincial Co-ordinators themselves and the Provincial School Superintendents. The hypothesis was rejected. There was significantly different at .05 level (t =2.50) concerning the role expectations of the Provincial Co-ordinators as perceived by the Provincial Co-ordinators and the Provincial Secondary School Directors. The hypothesis was rejected. There was no significantly different concerning the rajas expectations of the Provincial Co-ordinators as perceived by the Provincial School Superintendents and the Provincial Secondary School Directors.
