dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาของครูมัธยมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 6 (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างองค์ประกอบด้านสถานภาพของครูผู้สอน ด้านสภาพสังคมในโรงเรียน ด้านการสนับสนุนของผู้บริหาร และด้านคุณสมบัติของนวัตกรรม กับการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาของครูมัธยมศึกษา และ (3) ศึกษาว่าองค์ประกอบใดที่มีส่วนร่วมในการอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 6 จำนวน 374 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูมัธยมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 6 มีการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ในการหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างองค์ประกอบทางด้านสถานภาพของครูผู้สอน ด้านสถานภาพสังคมในโรงเรียน ด้านการสนับสนุนของผู้บริหาร และด้านคุณสมบัติของนวัตกรรมกับการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาของครูมัธยมศึกษา พบว่าไม่มีตัวทำนายใดที่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้น (Stepwise Method) เพื่อคัดเลือกตัวแปรที่ดีที่สุด พบตัวแปรที่มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ เพศ บุคลากรในโรงเรียนที่เสียสละและอุทิศเวลาให้กับการทำงาน และผู้บริหารสนับสนุนการศึกษาต่อของครูในโรงเรียน ร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการยอมรับนวัต[กรรม]ทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาได้ร้อยละ 6.10
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research were (1) to determine the adoption of innovation in educational technology of secondary school teachers in educational region six, (2) to study relationships between teacher factors, school structure factors, administrators’ supports factors, innovation characteristics factors and the adoption of innovation in educational technology of secondary school teachers, and (3) to identify predictor variables in the adoption of the educational technology. The sample were 374 secondary school teachers in educational region six. The findings revealed that: 1. Secondary school teachers in educational region six highly adopted innovation in educational technology. 2. There were no statistically significant relationships between teacher factors, school structure factors, administrators’ supports factors, innovation characteristics factors and the adoption of innovation in educational technology of secondary school teachers. 3. In stepwise multiple regression analysis, the predictor variables were able to account together for 6.10% of the variance in the adoption of innovation in educational technology: sex, donational school teachers and administrators’ support.
