dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานของศึกษานิเทศก์เทศบาลและเมืองพัทยา ระหว่างเทศบาลที่มีขนาดต่างกัน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ศึกษานิเทศก์เทศบาลและเมืองพัทยา จำนวน 142 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบวิเคราะห์เอกสารวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ และหาค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. หน้าที่การตรวจสอบและควบคุมมาตรฐานทางวิชาการ การปฏิบัติงานในเทศบาลทุกขนาดส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นงานรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานมาตรฐานของโรงเรียนซึ่งมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ปัญหาที่พบคือ ขาดเครื่องมือมาตรฐานในการตรวจสอบและไม่แตกต่างกัน 2. หน้าที่การนิเทศและการให้คำปรึกษาหารือ แนะนำ เพื่อช่วยแก้ปัญหาทางวิชาการ การปฏิบัติงานในเทศบาลทุกขนาดส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นงานวิธีการพัฒนาเทคนิค วิธีการนิเทศ และการสร้างเครื่องมือในการนิเทศ ซึ่งมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัญหาที่พบคือศึกษานิเทศก์ต้องรับผิดชอบงานอื่น ทำให้มีเวลาในการนิเทศการศึกษาน้อยและไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. หน้าที่การจัดอบรม ประชุม และสัมมนาทางวิชาการเพื่อปรับปรุงการเรียนการสอน การปฏิบัติงานในเทศบาลทุกขนาดส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นรูปแบบที่ใช้ในการจัดอบรม ประชุม สัมมนาทางวิชาการส่วนใหญ่ ซึ่งมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัญหาที่พบคือ ขาดการติดตามผลหลังการจัดอบรม ประชุม สัมมนา และไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. หน้าที่การพัฒนาหลักสูตร หนังสือเรียน คู่มือครู ตลอดจนจัดหาสื่อการเรียน การปฏิบัติงานในเทศบาลทุกขนาดปฏิบัติไม่แตกต่างกันทุกงาน ปัญหาที่พบคือ ขาดการส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรและสถาบันในท้องถิ่นได้มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. หน้าที่การประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง การปฏิบัติงานในเทศบาลทุกขนาดส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นการดำเนินการประสานงานกับชุมชน ซึ่งมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัญหาที่พบคือ ไม่มีการจัดทำวารสารเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์หน่วยงานและไม่แตกต่างกัน 6. หน้าที่การปฏิบัติงานวิเคราะห์ วิจัย วัดผล ประเมินผลเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพการศึกษา การปฏิบัติงานในเทศบาลทุกขนาดส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นงานการเผยแพร่ผลการวิจัย ซึ่งมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัญหาที่พบคือ การนำผลการวิเคราะห์วิจัยไปใช้ในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนยังมีน้อย และไม่แตกต่างกัน 7. หน้าที่การปฏิบัติงานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมาย การปฏิบัติงานในเทศบาลทุกขนาดปฏิบัติไม่แตกต่างกันทุกงาน ปัญหาที่พบคือการมอบหมายงานไม่ตรงกับหน้าที่ของศึกษานิเทศก์และไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานวิชาการและไม่แตกต่างกัน-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to compare state and problems of educational supervisor’s job performance among municipals and Pattaya city with different sizes. Research findings were as follows: 1. With respect to duties on examining and maintaining the academic standard, data showed that there is significant difference at the 0.05 level concerning supervisor’s performance in difference sizes of municipals on data collecting methods, while problem found was lack of standard instrument which was not significant difference. 2. Duties on supevision and guidance, data indicated that there were significant differences at the 0.05 level concerning supervisor’s performances on supervisory development methods and supervisory tools construction, while problem was there were overburden among supervisors and was not significant difference. 3. Duties on academic seminar organizing, data indicated that there was significant difference at the 0.05 level concerning training model, while problem found was lack of follow-up and was not significant difference. 4. Duties on curriculum and curriculum meterial development, data indicated that there was no significant difference at the 0.05 level concerning supervisor’s performance, while problem was lack of community participation in curriculum development and was not significant difference. 5. Duties on coordinating, data indicated that there was significant difference at the 0.05 level concerning community relation, while problem was lack of public relation material and was not significant difference. 6. Duties on educational quality development, data indieated that there was significant difference at the 0.05 level concerning research distribution, while problem was research findings were mostly impeded and was not significant difference. 7. Other duties, data indicated that there was no significant difference at the 0.05 level concerning supevisor’s performance, while problem was job assignments were inappropriated and unrelated to academic work and was not significant difference.-
