dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายในลักษณะของการวิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ และสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ระหว่างเหตุการณ์ในชีวิต สัมพันธภาพของคู่สมรส การสนับสนุนทางการพยาบาล ภูมิหลังของสตรีหลังคลอด และการรับรู้ประสบการณ์การคลอด จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างสตรีหลังคลอด จำนวน 205 ราย ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. เหตุการณ์ในชีวิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบ (r = -.23) กับการรับรู้ประสบการณ์การคลอดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. สัมพันธภาพของคู่สมรสมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก (r = .40) กับการรับรู้ประสบการณ์การคลอดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. การสนับสนุนทางการพยาบาลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก (r = .40) กับการรับรู้ประสบการณ์การคลอดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ตัวแปร (1) การสนับสนุนทางการพยาบาลด้านการดูแลที่มุ่งคน (NS-HUMAN) (2) สัมพันธภาพของคู่สมรส (MR) (3) ปริมาณเวลารวมในระยะที่ 1, 2 และ 3 ของการคลอด (L-TIME 123) (4) การสนับสนุนทางการพยาบาลด้านการประคับประคองทางอารมณ์ (NS-EMOTION) (5) น้ำหนักทารก (WEIGH) และ (6) ปริมาณเวลาในระยะที่ 2 ของการคลอด (L-TIME2) สามารถพยากรณ์การรับรู้ประสบการณ์การคลอดได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ .57 (R = .57) และสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์ประมาณร้อยละ 33 (R² = .33) เมื่อสร้างเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานได้สมการดังนี้ ź = .15NS – HUMAN + .30MR - .15L – TIME123 + .24NS – EMOTION + .16WEIGH - .13L – TIME2-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThis correlational study was designed to investigate the relationships between life events, marital relationships, nursing support, background of postpartal women, and perception of childbirth experience of 205 postpartal women. The followings were the major results of the study: 1. The relationship between life events and perception of childbirth experience was significantly negative (r = -.23) at the .05 level. 2. The relationship between marital relationships and perception of childbirth experience was significantly positive (r=.40) at the .05 level. 3. The relationship between nursing support and perception of childbirth experience was significantly positive (r= .40) at the .05 level. 4. The variables (1) nursing support in human-centered care category (NS-HUMAN) (2) marital relationships (NR) (3) labor time in stage 1 through stage 3 (L-TIME 123) (4) nursing support in emotional support category (NS-EMOTION) (5) baby's weight (WEIGH) and (6) labor time in stage 2 (L-TlME2) predicted perception of childbirth experience at .05 significant level and the coefficient of multiple correlation was .57 (R = .57) with the estimated coefficient of determination was 33 percent. (R² = .33) The predicted equation in standard score form can be stated as follow. ź = .15NS – HUMAN + .30MR - .15L – TIME123 + .24NS – EMOTION + .16WEIGH - .13L – TIME2-
