| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการกำหนดรายการเพื่อคนเกษตร รูปแบบการนำเสนอและเนื้อหารายการ รวมถึงบทบาทในการเป็นสื่อกลางของรายการเพื่อคนเกษตร ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้ 1. ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการกำหนดบทบาทของรายการเพื่อคนเกษตร มีทั้งเรื่องภาครัฐ ผู้ผลิตรายการและสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์กองทัพบกช่อง 5 2. รูปแบบรายการมี 3 รูปแบบ คือ รูปแบบนิตยสาร ที่เป็นการออกอากาศสดจากห้องส่งของสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์กองทัพบทช่อง 5 รูปแบบการจัดอภิปรายนอกสถานที่ ที่มีลักษณะของการอภิปรายโดยเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ นักวิชาการ และชาวบ้าน และสุดท้ายคือรูปแบบสารคดี 3. การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหารายการแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ช่วงด้วยกัน คือช่วงข่าวเกษตรประจำวัน และช่วงเกษตรสนทนา ในรูปแบบนิตยสาร โดยจากการวิเคราะห์แสดงให้เห็นว่าเนื้อหามีแหล่งที่มาจากภาครัฐเป็นส่วนใหญ่ 4. บทบาทการเป็นสื่อกลางของรายการเพื่อคนเกษตร อยู่ในฐานะที่เป็นตัวกลางในการส่งผ่านข้อมูลข่าวสารจากภาครัฐไปยังกลุ่มเกษตร โดยมีลักษณะของการเป็นสื่อกลาง อันได้แก่ บทบาทในการสะท้อนภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของภาครัฐ บทบาทในการคัดเลือกข่าวสารต่างๆ จากภาครัฐมาสู่ประชาชน บทบาทในการเป็นผู้ตีความเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น บทบาทในการเชื่อมโยงคนกลุ่มต่างๆ เข้าด้วยกัน บทบาทในการเปิดประสบการณ์ด้านการเกษตรให้กับผู้ชมรายการ และบทบาทในการเวทีสัมมนาให้กับฝ่ายต่างๆ ในวงการเกษตร |
| Other Abstract: | This research in considered as a qualitative research with an objective to study the factors that have influence on specification of “PUA-KON-KASET” programme, its presentation style and content, including its role as a media. This research are as follow: 1. The factors that have influence on specification of “PUA-KON-KASET” programme are public sector, producer and channel 5 Radio and Television Station of Royal Thai Army. 2. There are 3 presentation styles of this TV programme, i.e. magazine style like a live show from the broadcasting room of channel 5 Radio and Television Station of Royal Thai Army, outing discussion by the officials, academics and local people, and documentary feature style. 3. The content of this programme is divided into 2 sessions, i.e. daily agricultural news and agricultural talks in magazine style. This analysis shows that the content mainly derived from public sector. 4. The role as a media of “PUA-KON-KASET” programme is to transmit information and news from public sector to agriculturists, i.e. reflecting good image of public sector, selecting information from public sector to people, interpreting incidents and occurrences, connecting various groups of people together, extending experience in agriculture to the audience and serving as a seminar forum for various groups in agricultural industry. |
