dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์หาตัวตัวประกอบของสมรรถภาพของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายโรงเรียนตามการรับรู้ของตนเอง อาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายคณะผู้บริหารและนิสิตที่ผ่านการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 4 กลุ่ม คือ ผู้บริหารจากหน่วยประสบการณ์วิชาชีพและสถาบันฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ จำนวน 66 คน อาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายคณะครุศาสตร์ จำนวน 120 คน อาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายโรงเรียนจำนวน 325 คน และนิสิตที่ผ่านการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ จำนวน 313 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสำรวจสมรรถภาพที่สำคัญของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายโรงเรียนเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 76 ข้อ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเที่ยงแบบอัลฟาของเครื่องมือเท่ากัน 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบสกัดตัวประกอบด้วยวิธีตัวประกอบภาพพจน์ และหมุนแกนตัวประกอบแบบออโธกอนอลด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ ข้อค้นพบมีดังนี้ 1. ตัวประกอบของสมรรถภาพของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายโรงเรียนตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร มี 5 ตัว คือ (1) บุคลิกภาพ มนุษยสัมพันธ์และทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครู (2) ทักษะการสอน (3) ทัศนคติต่อการนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ (4) ความรู้ความเข้าใจเนื้อหาวิชาหลักสูตร และ (5) ทักษะการนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ 2. ตัวประกอบของสมรรถภาพของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายโรงเรียนตามการรับรู้ของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายคณะมี 7 ตัว คือ (1) ทัศนคติต่อการนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพและต่อวิชาชีพครู (2) ความรู้ความเข้าใจในเนื้อหาวิชาและหลักสูตรและทักษะการสอน (3) ทักษะการนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ (4) ความรู้ความสามารถเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรการนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ (5) ความสนใจในนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ (6) บุคลิกภาพ และ (7) มนุษยสัมพันธ์ 3. ตัวประกอบของสมรรถภาพของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายโรงเรียนตามการรับรู้ของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายโรงเรียนมี 4 ตัว คือ (1) ความเป็นอาจารย์นิเทศก์ (2) ทักษะการสอน (3) ความรู้ความเข้าใจในเนื้อหาวิชาและหลักสูตรและ (4) ทักษะการนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ 4. ตัวประกอบของสมรรถภาพของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายโรงเรียนตามการรับรู้ของนิสิตที่ผ่านการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ มี 5 ตัว (1) ทักษะการสอน (2) ทัศนคติต่อการนิเทศฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ และความรู้ความเข้าใจในเนื้อหาวิชาและหลักสูตร (3) ความเป็นอาจารย์นิเทศก์ (4) บุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และ (5) ทักษะการนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ 5. ตัวประกอบของสมรรถภาพของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ฝ่ายโรงเรียนที่ร่วมกันในทุกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง มี 3 ตัว คือ (1) ทักษะการสอน (2) ความรู้ความเข้าใจเนื้อหาวิชาชีพและหลักสูตร และ (3) ทักษะการนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to analyze the factorial structure of the competencies of co-operating supervisors as perceived by themselves, student teaching supervisors, administrators and prospective teachers of the Faculty of Education Chulalongkom University. The four groups of samples in this research consisted of 66 administrators, 120 student teaching supervisors, 325 co-operating supervisors and 313 prospective teachers. The research instrument was an inventory obtaining the significant competencies of co-operating supervisors. The inventory consisted of 76 5-point rating scale items. The coefficient of the items was 0.98. The factor analysis by the image factoring method and the varimax rotation of axis was used for data analysis. Findings : 1. The competencies of cooperating supervisors as perceived by the administrators consisted of five factors : (1) personality, human relations and attitudes toward teaching profession, (2) teaching skills, (3) attitudes toward student teaching supervision, (4) knowledge in subject matters and curriculum!, (5) student teaching supervision skill. 2. The competencies of co-operating supervisors as perceived by the student teaching supervisors consisted of seven factors : (1) attitudes toward student teaching supervision and teaching profession, (2) knowledge in subject matters and curriculum and teaching skills, (3) student teaching supervision skills, (4) knowledge in student teaching supervision curriculum, (5) interest in student teaching supervision, (6) personality, (7) human relations. 3. The competencies of co-operating supervisors as perceived by the co-operating supervisors consisted of four factors : supervisor attribute, (2) teaching skills, (3) knowledge in subject matters and curriculum, (4) student teaching supervision skills. 4. The competencies of co-operating supervisors as perceived by the prospective teachers consisted of five factors : (1) teaching skills, (2) attitudes toward student teaching supervision and knowledge in subject matters and curriculum, (3) supervisor attribute, (4) personality and human relations, (5) student teaching supervision skills. 5. There were three joint factors of the competencies of co-operating supervisors among four groups i (1) teaching skills, (2) knowledge in subject matters and curriculum, (3) student teaching supervision skills.
