| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์สำคัญคาดคะเนจำนวนครูที่ต้องการทั้งระดับประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาในอำเภอธัญบุรี ระหว่างปีการศึกษา 2521-2526 จากจำนวนนักเรียนที่คาดว่าจะมีในแต่ละปี และประเมินอัตรากำลังครูทั้งระดับประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษา ในปีการศึกษา 2516-2520 จากอัตราส่วนจำนวนนักเรียนต่อครู และการเปรียบเทียบจำนวนที่มีอยู่กับจำนวนครูที่ควรมี ในหมวดวิชาต่างๆ ข้อค้นพบที่สำคัญมีดังนี้ 1. ในปีการศึกษา 2521-2526 จำนวนครูประถมศึกษาที่ต้องการ เท่ากับ 264,271,281,292,331 และ 335 คน ตามลำดับ จำนวนครูมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นที่ต้องการเท่ากับ 134,144,153,129,131 และ 133 คน ตามลำดับ และในปีการศึกษา 2521-2523 จำนวนครูมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายที่ต้องการ เท่ากับ 28,31 และ 33 คน ตามลำดับ 2. ในปีการศึกษา 2521-2525 จำนวนครูประถมศึกษาที่ต้องการลดลงจากจำนวนครูที่มีอยู่ในปีการศึกษา 2520 เท่ากับร้อยละ 17,15,12,9 และ 2 ตามลำดับ ส่วนในปีการศึกษา 2526 จำนวนครูประถมศึกษาที่ต้องการเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 5 จำนวนครูมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นเพิ่มขึ้นจากจำนวนครูที่มีอยู่ ร้อยละ 50,62,72,45,47 และ 49 ตามลำดับ และจำนวนครูมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายที่ต้องการในปีการศึกษา 2521-2523 เพิ่มขึ้นจากจำนวนครูที่มีอยู่ ร้อยละ 32,47 และ 59 ตามลำดับ 3. ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตของอัตราส่วนจำนวนนักเรียนต่อครู ในระดับประถมศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น และมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ในปีการศึกษา 2516-2520 ไม่แตกต่างจากอัตราส่วนจำนวนนักเรียนต่อครูตามเกณฑ์ของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 4. การกระจายของอัตรากำลังครูจำแนกตามหมวดวิชาทั้งในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นและมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ระหว่างปี การศึกษา 2518-2520 ยังไม่เหมาะสม |
| Other Abstract: | The major purpose of this research was to project the elemen¬tary and secondary teacher demand from 1978-1983 in response to the expected school enrolment, and to evaluate the current status of teaching staffs during the period 1973-1977 from the pupil-teacher ratios in both primary and secondary school level and the comparison between the actual and projected distribution of teaching stock in secondary school level by subject area. Major findings were as follows : 1. The need for elementary school teachers from 1978-1983 would be 264, 271, 281, 292, 311 and 335 respectively; for the lower secondary school teachers would be 134, 144, 153, 129, 131 and 133 respectively; and the need for the upper secondary school teachers from 1978-1980 would be 28, 31 and 33 respectively. 2. The need for elementary school teachers from 1978-1982 would be less about 17, 15, 12, 9 and 2 percent respectively, and would be more about 5 percent in 1983 than the number of teachers in 1977. The need for secondary school teachers from 1978-1983 would be increased about 50, 62, 72, 45, 47 and 49 percent respectively, and the percent increase of the upper secondary. teachers would be 32, 47 and 39 in 1978, 1979 and 1980 respectively. 3. The arithmetic mean of the actual pupil-teacher ratios in elementary and secondary schools during the period 1973-1977 in Amphoe Thanyaburi and the Ministry of Education pupil-teacher ratio were not significantly different. 4. The actual secondary school teaching stock from 1975 to 1977 by subject area was not distributed appropriately to the number of pupils. |
