| Abstract: | ความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัยนี้ เพื่อศึกษาค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนตัวโดยเฉลี่ยของนักเรียนนายทหารและนายตำรวจ เปรียบเทียบค่าใช้จ่ายของนักเรียนนายทหารและนายตำรวจจำแนกตามระดับชั้น แผนกวิชา หรือพรรคเหล่าโรงเรียน และประเภทของค่าใช้จ่าย รวมทั้งสถานภาพและปัญหาทางด้านการเงินของนักเรียนนายทหารและนายตำรวจ ตัวอย่างประชากรคือ นักเรียนนายร้อย นักเรียนนายเรือ นักเรียนนายเรืออากาศ และนักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจ ที่กำลังศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2518 จำนวน 359 นาย ในการเปรียบเทียบค่าใช้จ่ายของนักเรียนใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนชนิด 2 ตัวประกอบและเปรียบเทียบค่าใช้จ่ายทุกคู่ด้วยวิธีของ นิวแมน-คูลเอล ปรากฏผลการวิจัยดังนี้ 1. ค่าใช้จ่ายรายหัวต่อปีของนักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจ 9,282 ± 929 บาท สูงกว่าค่าใช้จ่ายของนักเรียนโรงเรียนอื่นที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 รองลงไปเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายของนักเรียนนายเรืออากาศ ปีละ 6,709 ±755 บาท นักเรียนนายเรือปีละ 5,159 ± 694 บาท และนักเรียนนายร้อย 4,914 ± 390 บาท ตามลำดับ 2. ค่าใช้จ่ายสูงสุดของนักเรียนนายทหารและนายตำรวจ คือ ค่าพักผ่อนหย่อนใจ ค่าใช้จ่ายต่ำสุดมี 4 ประเภท คือ ค่าอุปกรณ์การศึกษา ค่าที่พัก ค่าพาหนะ ค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างฝึกภาคสนาม ที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 3. ค่าใช้จ่ายรายหัวต่อปีของนักเรียนชั้นปีที่ 1, 2, 3, 4 และ 5 ของโรงเรียนนายร้อย โรงเรียนนายเรือ ไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 4. ค่าใช้จ่ายรายหัวต่อปีของนักเรียนนายเรืออากาศชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 5 และนักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 4 แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 5. ค่าใช้จ่ายของนักเรียนนายเรือ, นักเรียนนายเรืออากาศ ซึ่งศึกษาชั้นเดียวกันแต่ต่างพรรค เหล่า หรือต่างแผนกวิชา ไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 6. นักเรียนนายทหารและนายตำรวจส่วนใหญ่มีรายรับเพียงพอแก่การใช้จ่ายและโดยเฉลี่ยนักเรียนและครอบครัวของนักเรียนประสบปัญหาทางด้านการเงินปานกลาง เมื่อมีปัญหาทางด้านการเงินนักเรียนแก้ปัญหาโดยวิธีการขอจากผู้อุปการะมากที่สุด 7. ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนนายทหารส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้เดือนละ 1001 ถึง 2000 บาท ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนตำรวจมีรายได้เดือนละ 2001 ถึง 3000 บาท ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้จะเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาและกำหนดนโยบายในการจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียนนายทหารและนายตำรวจ และชี้ให้เห็นค่าใช้จ่ายในการลงทุนการศึกษาฝ่ายเอกชน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to investigate cadets expenses and comparative cadets expenses, according to grade, department, school and types of expenses. The sample consisted of 359 military cadets and police cadets in academic year 1975. Analysis of Variance and the Newman-Kuel Test were the methods used in this study. The results were: 1. There were significant differences (P < .05) in the expenses among the four schools. The personal expenses of the police cadets, the air force cadets, the naval cadets and the armed forces cadets were 9282 ±929 baht, 6709 ± 755 baht, 5159 ± 694 baht and 4914 ± 390 baht respectively, per year. 2. The highest type of personal expenses of military cadets and police cadets was for amusement while the personal expenses for educational equipment and text books, dormitory fees, transportation fees and field work fees were the lowest. 3. There were no significant differences (p < .05) in the expenses of armed forces cadets, naval cadets in various grades. 4. There were significant differences (p < .05) in the expenses of air forces cadets, police cadets in various grades. 5. There were no significant differences (p < .05) in the expenses of air forces cadets, naval cadets in various departments. 6. The military cadets and police cadets had enough money to spend for the whole month. The families had no serious money problem. When money problems arose, the cadets would ask for money from the quardians. 7. Mostly, the salary of the quardians of the military cadets varied from 1001 to 2000 baht while the salary of the quardians of the police cadets were 2001 to 3000 baht. The results of the study will be used as guidance to develop and to determine the policy in managing the education in the Military Academics and Police Academy. It will be used by the quardians to estimate the expenses of the cadets. |
