2521 วิชาดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ ของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 3. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์เกี่ยวกับปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการปฏิบัติในการใช้หลักสูตรประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2521 วิชาดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ ของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนซึ่งได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการ หรืออาจารย์ใหญ่ หรือครูใหญ่ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ ซึ่งได้แก่ครูผู้ทำการสอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยเลือกมาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 412 โรงเรียน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบธรรมดา ( Simple Random Sampling ) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่เป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 210 คน และครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ จำนวน 210 คน จากโรงเรียนที่สุ่มได้ทั้งหมด 210 โรงเรียน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชาการทั้งสิ้น 420 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืน จำนวน 342 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.42 2. เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ตอนคือ ตอนที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ตอนที่ 2 เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติในการใช้หลักสูตรประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2521 วิชาดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ และตอนที่ 3 เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการปฏิบัติในการใช้หลักสูตรประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2521 วิชาดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ 3. การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้วิธีการทางสถิติ โดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( X ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( S.D.) และการทดสอบค่าที ( t- test ) สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติในการใช้หลักสูตรประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2521 วิชาดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ ของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร มีดังนี้ 1.1 การแปลงหลักสูตรไปสู่การสอน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ มีความคิดเห็นว่า มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในเกณฑ์น้อย ทุกเรื่อง กล่าวคือ ในเรื่องการสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร การปรับแผนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพของท้องถิ่น การจัดกำหนดการสอน และการจัดทำตารางสอน 1.2 การจัดปัจจัยและสภาพต่างๆ ภายในโรงเรียนเพื่อการใช้หลักสูตรผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีความคิดเห็นว่า มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก ส่วนครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ มีความคิดเห็นว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์น้อย ในด้านอาคารสถานที่ ทั้งผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ มีความคิดเห็นว่า มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในเกณฑ์น้อย ในด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนและด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน สำหรับด้านวิชาการ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่า มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในเกณฑ์น้อย ส่วนครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ มีความคิดเห็นว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์น้อยที่สุด 1.3 การสอนของครู ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ มีความคิดเห็นว่า มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก ในเรื่อง การเตรียมตัวของครูผู้สอนก่อนการสอนกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนและการวัดและการประเมินผล และมีความคิดเห็นว่า มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในเกณฑ์น้อย ในเรื่องวิธีสอน สำหรับในเรื่องกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีความคิดเห็นว่า มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก ส่วนครูผู้สอนและนาฏศิลป์ มีความคิดเห็นว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์น้อย 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติในการใช้หลักสูตรประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2521 วิชาดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ ของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร มีดังนี้ 2.1 การแปลงหลักสูตรไปสู่การสอน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในเรื่องการสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร การจัดทำกำหนดการสอนและการจัดทำตารางสอน แต่มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ในเรื่อง การปรับแผนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพของท้องถิ่น 2.2 การจัดปัจจัยและสภาพต่างๆภายในโรงเรียนเพื่อการใช้หลักสูตร ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทุกด้าน กล่าวคือ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน และด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน 2.3 การสอนของครู ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในเรื่องกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร แต่มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ในเรื่องการเตรียมตัวของครูผู้สอนก่อนการสอน วิธีสอน กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนและการวัดและการประเมินผล 3. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์เกี่ยวกับปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการปฏิบัติในการใช้หลักสูตรประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2521 วิชาดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ ของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร มีดังนี้ 3.1 การแปลงหลักสูตรไปสู่การสอน ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ มีความคิดเห็นว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก ได้แก่ บุคลากรผู้รับผิดชอบในการดำเนินการและงบประมาณที่ใช้ในการดำเนินการ 3.2 การจัดปัจจัยและสภาพต่างๆภายในโรงเรียนเพื่อการใช้หลักสูตร ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ มีความคิดเห็นว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก ได้แก่ งบประมาณที่ใช้ในการดำเนินการ เอกสารและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการดำเนินการ วิทยากรหรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านหลักสูตรโดยเฉพาะ วิทยากรหรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์โดยเฉพาะ แหล่งวิทยาการทางด้านดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ภายในท้องถิ่น และวิทยากรหรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญภายนอกโรงเรียนที่จะเข้ามามีส่วนช่วยในการวางแผนพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ของโรงเรียน 3.3 การสอนของครู ปัญหาและอุปสรรค ที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์มีความคิดเห็นว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก ได้แก่ ครูยังขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเนื้อหาวิชาดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์ สื่อการเรียนการสอนมีไม่เพียงพอ | dc.description.abstractalternative | Purposes of the study 1.To study the opinions of the school principals and the music and drama teachers concerning the implementation of the music and drama subjects of the B.E. 2521 Elementary Curriculum in elementary schools under the auspices of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. 2. To compare the opinions of the school principals with the music and drama teachers concerning the implementation of the music and drama subjects of the B.E. 2521 Elementary Curriculum in elementary schools under the auspices of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. 3. To study the opinions of the school principals and the music and drama teachers concerning the problems of the implemen¬tation of the music and drama subjects of the B.E. 2521 Elementary Curriculum in elementary schools under the auspices of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Procedures The subjects involved in this research were 210 school principals and 210 music and drama teachers which were selected from 412 elementary schools under the auspices, of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration by simple random sampling method. The total of 420 questionnaires were sent to respondants and 342 or 81.42 percent were completed and returned. The instrument used in this research was a three-parted questionnaire; part one covered personal information, part two the implementation of the music and drama subjects of the B.E. 2521 Elementary Curriculum, and part three the problems of the imple¬mentation of the music and drama subjects of the B.E. 2521 Elementary Curriculum. Data processing techniques and statistical analysis used in this research v/ere percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t - test. Finding 1. To study the opinions of the school principals and the music and drama teachers concerning the implementation of the music and drama subjects of the B.E. 2521 Elementary Curriculum in elementary schools under the auspices of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was found that ; 1.1 The opinions of the school principals and the music and drama teachers were that the modifying of the curriculum was at the low degree of performance, in the following aspects ;(1) making the understanding upon the curriculum, (2) adjusting the instructional plan to suit the local situation, (3) preparing a teaching plan, and (4) preparing a class schedule. 1.2 On managing the school facilities for the curriculum implementation, it was found that ; (1) the opinions of the school principals were of high degree of performance, but the music and drama teachers were of low degree of performance in building and ground area, (2) both the school principals and the music and drama teachers opinions were of low degree of performance in the areas of teaching and learning media and community relations, and (3) the opinions of the school principals were of low, but the music and drama teachers were of the least degree of performance in academic area, 1.3.On teaching, it was found that ; (1) both the school principals and the music and drama teachers opinions were of high degree of performance in the areas of teaching preparations, teaching and learning activities, and measurement and evaluation; and. were of low degree of performance in the aspect-of teaching, and (2) the opinions of the school principals were of high, but the music and drama teachers were of low degree of performance in the aspect of extra curriculum. 2. To compare the opinions of the school principals and the music and drama teachers on the implementation of the music and drama subjects of the B.E. 2521 Elementary Curriculum in elementary schools under the auspices of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, it was found that : 2.1 On modifying the curriculum, the opinions of the school principals and the music and drama teachers were significantly different, at .01 level, in making the understanding upon curriculum, preparing a teaching plan, and preparing a class schedule aspects, but were not significantly different in the aspect of adjusting the instructional plan to suit the local situation. 2.2 The opinions of the school principals and the music and drama teachers concerning the managing of school facilities for the curriculum implementation were significantly different, at .01 level, in the following areas; (1) academic, (2) building and ground, (3) teaching and learning media, and (4) community relation 2.3 teaching, the opinions of the school principals and the music and drama teachers were significantly different, at .01 level, in extra curriculum aspect but were not significantly different in teaching preparations, method of teaching, teaching and learning activities, and measurement and evaluation, 3. To study the opinions of the school principals and the music and drama teachers concerning the problems of the implementation of the music and drama subjects of the B.E. 2521 Elementary Curriculum in elementary schools under the auspices of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration , was found that ; 3.1 On modifying the curriculum, in the opinions of the school principals and the music and drama teachers the problems of personnel and budgets were at a high level. 3.2 The opinions of the school principals and the music and drama teachers concerning the managing of school facilities for the curriculum implementation were that their major problems included budgets, teaching materials, curriculum specialists, music and drama specialists, local supply of music and drama teachers, and the music and. drama specialists from outside the school who could be involved in developing the teaching and learning of music and drama of the school. 3.3 On teaching, both the school principals and the music and drama teachers were of the opinion, that they had a high degree of problems of the lack of teachers who understand and have acquired the knowledge of music and drama subject, and : insufficient teaching media and budgets. 4. Other problems ; From the open-ended questionnaire, it was found that the major problem was the lack of teachers who would teach the music and drama only. | - |
