dc.description.abstractวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานทางด้านเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของครูในโรงเรียนโครงการฝึกสอน วิทยาลัยครูเชียงราย 2. เพื่อสำรวจความต้องการและความคิดเห็นทางด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา ของครูในโรงเรียนโครงการฝึกสอน วิทยาลัยครูเชียงราย วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 1. เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น แล้วนำไปทดลองใช้เพื่อแก้ไขปรับปรุง และนำไปใช้จริงกับครูในโรงเรียนโครงการฝึกสอน วิทยาลัยครูเชียงราย จำนวน 20 โรงเรียน รวมประชากรทั้งหมด 314 คน 2. รวบรวมข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้วิธีการทางสถิติ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X̅) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัย 1. ปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของครูในโรงเรียนโครงการฝึกสอนวิทยาลัยครูเชียงราย พบว่าโรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ขาดแคลนสื่อการสอน งบประมาณ และผู้ที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถที่จะแนะนำการใช้และผลิตสื่อการสอนแก่ครูในโรงเรียน ครูส่วนมากใช้สื่อการสอนไม่เป็น และครูมีจำนวนชั่วโมงสอนมากจนไม่มีเวลาเตรียมสื่อการสอน อีกทั้งยังมีความยุ่งยากในการขอใช้บริการด้านสื่อการสอนจากศูนย์สื่อการสอนอื่น ๆ 2. ครูส่วนใหญ่เห็นความสำคัญและประโยชน์ของสื่อการสอน ต้องการให้ทางโรงเรียนจัดงบประมาณสำหรับสื่อการสอนโดยเฉพาะ และจัดเตรียมวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ ให้ครูในโรงเรียน นอกจากนี้ครูส่วนมากเห็นว่าควรให้มีการจัดตั้งศูนย์เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาขึ้นในโรงเรียนและในวิทยาลัยครูเชียงราย
dc.description.abstractalternativePurposes : 1. To Survey the problems in the utilization of Educational Technology of Teacher Training Project School of Chiangrai Teachers College. 2. To Study the needs and the opinions in the utilization of Educational Technology of Teacher Training Project School of Chiangrai Teachers College. Procedures : 1. The survey instruments used in this study were questionnaire constructed from extensive analysis of related literature and tried out for improvement. The questionnaires were tried out with three hundred and fourteen of total samples in twenty schools of Teacher Training Project School of Chiangrai Teachers College. 2. Collected data was statistically analized in terms of Percentage, Mean (X̅) and Standard Deviation (S.D.) Results : 1. The problems in the utilization of Educational Technology of Teacher Training Project School of Chiangrai Teachers College were, (1) lack of the instructional media, school budget and media specialists (2) teachers were incapability of using the instructional media (3) Teaching load were high, so they could not provided the time for producing the instructional media (4) inconvenience in the instructional media servicing. 2. Most of the teachers accepted the importance and useful of the instructional media and suggested that schools in Teacher Training Project of Chiangrai Teachers College should provide budget, equipments and materials for all teachers. Instructional Technology Resource Centers should be established for schools and Chiangrai Teachers College.
