Abstract: Purpose 1. To study about the work performance of Master’s Degree Graduates in Elementary Education which covered what official authorities they worked under and what type of their work and to study about the advancement in academic status and the professional achievement of Master’s Degree Graduates in Elementary Education. 2. To compare the opinions of graduates who have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with those who have a Bachelor’s Degree in other phases of education concerning the educational program management of The Elementary Education Department. 3. To compare the evaluation of the practical emplementaion of their knowledge and experiences obtained from their studies between those who worked under The Ministry of Education and those who worked under The Office of the University Affairs as well as problems in their work. Procedures 1. Research instrument was a questionnaire comprised of five parts. Part one and two were a checklist and fill the blank type concerning the graduates personal data, the official authorities over them and types of work performed, and advancement in academic status and professional achievement. Part three and four were a rating scale type specifying the opinions of the graduates according to the purposes of this study…in item 2 and 3. Part five was an open – end type about the graduates’ suggestions concerning the improvement for qualified Master’s Degree graduation. 2. Sample population was 140 graduates to whom the questionnaires were sent. One hundred and two questionnaires returned, approximately 73% of all. Percentage distribution, means, standard diviations, and t-tests were the data analysis instrument for this study. Findings 1. Most of the graduates were employed in different educational area of The Ministry of Education; the rest were of The Office of the University Affairs. Most of the graduates worked on teaching and educational supervising in teacher training and at the elementary level. The demand of increasing academic status was found in most of the graduates performance. The findings indicated that most of them provided some academic work production after graduation. At present, all of them were employed and the majority felt that their graduation contributed to their professional success for their own personal life and society. 2. Comparison of the evaluation of educational program management of The Elementary Education Department between the graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in elementary Education and those who hold the other fields of a Bachelor’s Degree, in most cases, show that there is no significant difference at .05 level. Most of the graduates werereasonably well satisfied with the education program management of The Elementary Education Department. 3. Comparison of the practical implementation of knowledge and experience obtained from their studies between the graduates who worked in educational areas employed by The Ministry of Education and those of The Office of the University Affairs, in most cases including those actually studies or those surveyed are not significantly different at .05 level. They agreed that every couses available was necessary for their work. Problems related to the graduates work in every instance fell somewhere between the minimum to intermediate level showing significant differences in a majority of the items.
