| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการประเมินผล ความรู้เรื่องระเบียบวิธีการประเมินผล และการตัดสินผลการเรียนวิชาพลศึกษา ในโรงเรียนรัฐบาล ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ทั่วประเทศ ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามแบบให้เลือกตอบ แบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า และแบบปลายเปิด โดยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังครูพลศึกษาที่สอนอยู่ในโรงเรียนรัฐบาล ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 325 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาทั้งหมดร้อยละ 76.62 ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และนำเสนอในรูปตารางและความเรียง ผลการวิจัย ปัญหาส่วนใหญ่ที่ครูพลศึกษาประสบในด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนวิชาพลศึกษา คือ นักเรียนขาดความสนใจเกี่ยวกับการประเมินผลการเรียน ซึ่งมีสาเหตุมาจากหน่วยการเรียนวิชาพลศึกษา ซึ่งมีค่าเพียง 0.5 หน่วยการเรียน และวิธีการประเมินผลการเรียนให้สอดคล้องกับจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ ในแต่ละรายวิชา ตามที่กลุ่มโรงเรียนกำหนดไว้ ด้านระเบียบวิธีการประเมินผลที่ครูพลศึกษาประสบมาก คือ ปัญหาในการจัดดำเนินการสอนซ่อมเสริม ในกรณีผู้เรียนมีพื้นฐานความรู้ไม่พอหรือยังไม่มีพฤติกรรมขั้นต้นก่อนเรียน ด้านการตัดสินผลการเรียนนั้น ครูพลศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ประสบปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this [research] was to study opinions concerning problems of evaluation, method of evaluation and justification of studying physical education in the governmental lower secondary schools in the country. The tools for this study were the questionnaires in forms of check-list, rating scales and open-ended type were constructed and sent to 325 physical education teachers who taught in the governmental lower secondary schools in the country; 76.62 per-cent of questionnaires were returned. The obtained data were then analyzed by percentage, means and standard deviations. Results : The main problems which the physical education teachers faced in the evaluation of physical education were as following ; The students lack of interest in the evaluation of physical education owing to the physical education unit which was 0.5 unit, and the ways to evaluation which concern with the learning objectives of each subject, determined by each school group. The methods of evaluation which the physical education teachers faces were as following ; The problems due to the remedial teaching, in case of lacking knowledge or pre-elementary behavior. In justification of learning, most of physical education teachers’ problems were less encountered. |
