ความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพครู ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ต่อแนวทางการยกระดับวิชาชีพครู

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพครู ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ต่อแนวทางการยกระดับวิชาชีพครู 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพครู ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ต่อแนวทางการยกระดับวิชาชีพครู สมมติฐานการวิจัย ความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพครู ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ต่อแนวทางการยกระดับวิชาชีพครูแตกต่างกัน วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ ครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ซึ่งสุ่มตัวอย่างได้ครูในโรงเรียนได้จำนวน 377 คน และผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพครู ได้แก่ อาจารย์คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วิทยาลัยครูนครปฐม และวิทยาลัยครูเพชรบุรีวิทยาลงกรณ์ ศึกษาธิการเขต ศึกษาธิการจังหวัด ศึกษาธิการอำเภอ ผู้อำนวยการการประถมศึกษาจังหวัด หัวหน้าการประถมศึกษา ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ได้จำนวน 320 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน(Multi-stage sampling) ทั้งสองกลุ่ม รวมจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 697 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืน 600 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.08 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม 3 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 เป็นข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้ตอบ เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบตรวจสอบ ตอนที่ 2 เป็นการสำรวจความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการยกระดับวิชาชีพครู ในเรื่อง การควบคุมและส่งเสริมวิชาชีพครู เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า ตอนที่ 3 เป็นความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการยกระดับวิชาชีพครู เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบปลายเปิด การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้วิธีหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัย 1. ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ครูและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพครูที่ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชายมากกว่า เพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปี อายุการเป็นครูหรืออาจารย์ระหว่าง 6-15 ปี และมีวุฒิทางการศึกษาเป็นวุฒิปริญญาตรี 2. ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการยกระดับวิชาชีพครู 2.1 การควบคุมมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู ครูและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพครูมีความคิดเห็นโดยส่วนรวมเห็นด้วยกับการควบคุมมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู 2.2 การส่งเสริมมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู และผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพครูมีความคิดเห็นโดยส่วนรวมเห็นด้วยกับการส่งเสริมมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู โดยส่วนรวมความคิดเห็นของครูผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพครู ในเขตการศึกษา 1 มีความคิดเห็นโดยส่วนรวมเห็นด้วยกับแนวทางยกระดับวิชาชีพครู 3. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพครู ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ต่อแนวทางการยกระดับวิชาชีพครู ปรากฏว่า ครูและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพครูมีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05

The purpose of the study : 1.To study the opinion of school teachers, and those concerned with teaching profession in Educational Region One towards guideline for upgrading teaching profession. 2. To compare the opinions between school teachers and those concerned with teaching profession in Education Region One towards guideline for upgrading teaching profession. Hypothesis: There are different opinions between school teachers, and those concerned with teaching profession in Educational Region One towards guideline for upgrading teaching profession. Procedures: The sampling used in this research was composed of two groups of persons : 377 school teachers and 320 those concerned with teaching profession in Educational Region One, totaling 697 from elementary schools under Office of the National Primary Education Commission and secondary schools under the Auspices of the Department of General Education, and Faculty of Education at Silpakorn University, Nakhon Pathom Tachers College, Petchburi Vithayalongkorn Teachers College, and Educational Offices in the Region. Six hundred completed copies (86.08 %) were returned. The instrument used in this study included a check-list, a rating-scale, and an open-ended questionnaire. This instrument included items about the status of the sample population and the two areas of guideline for upgrading teaching profession: controlling and promoting teaching profession. The open-ended questionnaire asked about opinions and recommendations about guideline for upgrading teaching profession. The data were analyzed by using percentage, means, standard deviations, and the t (t-test). Research Findings: 1. Most of the school teachers and those concerned with teaching profession were males, 31-40 years of age and 6-15 years of teaching experiences. They got a bachelor degree in education. 2. The standard control teaching profession; school teachers, and those concerned with teaching profession agree with the standard control teaching profession. 3. The standard promote teaching profession; school teachers, and those concerned with teaching profession agree with the standard promote teaching profession. Most of the opinions of the school teachers, and those concerned with teaching profession in Educational Region One agree with guideline for upgrading teaching profession. 4. Compare the opinions of the school teachers, and those concerned with teaching profession in Educational Region One, no significant difference at the .05 level was observed.
