| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดดำเนินการโปรแกรมพลศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการจัดดำเนินการโปรแกรมพลศึกษา ระหว่างผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดกองการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ กรมสามัญศึกษา ผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถาม 164 ฉบับ ให้กับผู้บริหาร 82 ฉบับ ครูผู้สอนพลศึกษา 82 ฉบับ ได้รับกลับคืน 164 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ100.00 ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามวิธีทางสถิติโดยการหา ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างโดยใช้การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และผู้วิจัยสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษา จำนวน 20 ท่าน นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติและนำเสนอในรูปตารางและความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. โรงเรียนสังกัดกองการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ กรมสามัญศึกษา ส่วนใหญ่มีครูพลศึกษา 2 คน จบด้านพลศึกษาโดยตรง ร้อยละ 87.80 อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการเรียนการสอน มีไม่ครบทุกกิจกรรมที่จัดการเรียนการสอน และมีไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนนักเรียน โรงเรียนสังกัดกองการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ส่วนใหญ่มีการจัดดำเนินการโปรแกรมพลศึกษา ดังนี้ จัดโครงการสอนพลศึกษาในโรงเรียน ร้อยละ 100.00 โครงการจัดแข่งขันกีฬาภายในโรงเรียน ร้อยละ 95.12 โครงการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาระหว่างโรงเรียน ร้อยละ100.00 โครงการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อนันทนาการ ร้อยละ 100.00 และโครงการจัดกิจกรรมทางพลศึกษาสำหรับนักเรียนผิดปกติ ร้อยละ 29.27 2. ปัญหาการจัดดำเนินการโปรแกรมพลศึกษา โดยรวมพบว่า มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย และปัญหาการจัดดำเนินการในแต่ละด้าน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 7 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดและดำเนินการ ด้านการจัดบุคลากร ด้านการสั่งการและกำกับติดตาม ด้านการประสานงาน ด้านการรายงานผล และด้านการจัด งบประมาณ มีปัญหาการจัดดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับน้อยทุกด้านเช่นเดียวกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่าข้อที่มี ปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมากคือ ขาดงบประมาณในการสร้างสนามกีฬาและบำรุงรักษาสนาม อุปกรณ์กีฬามีไม่เพียงพอกับการจัดกิจกรรม 3. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นระหว่างผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษา ปัญหาการจัดดำเนินการโปรแกรมพลศึกษา พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าในแต่ละด้านไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were to investigate the state and problems of organizing and operating the physical education program between school administrators and physical education teachers in the Welfare Division Schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of the General Education. Questionnaires were constructed and sent to 164 administrators and physical education teachers from 41 schools. The obtained data was statistically analyzed by means of percentages, means, standard deviations. A t-test was also used to determine the differences between means. And the researcher interviewed 10 school administrators and 10 physical education teachers. It was found that : 1. There were two physical education teachers (87.80 %) with graduated in the major physical education in the Welfare Division Schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education. Equipment was insufficient for all activities and all students. Most of the Welfare Division Schools organized and operated the physical education program in their schools such as physical education class instructional programs (100.00 percent), intramural athletic programs (95.12 percent), interscholastic athletic programs (100.00 percent), recreation education programs (100.00 percent), and adapted physical education programs (29.27 percent). 2. All problems of organizing and operating the physical education program in the Welfare Division Schools were at the low level in the areas of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting and budgeting. When each item was considered, it was found that insufficient in the budget building, securing and maintaining facilities and equipment were insufficient for all activities. 3. In comparing the opinions of school administrators and physical education teachers on organizing and operating the physical education program as a whole, there were no significant differences at the .05 level, and when comparing in each area it was found that there were no significant differences at the .05 level in all areas. |
