dc.description.abstract	จากการกระตุ้นการเจริญของฟอลลอเคิลในรังไข่ลูกระบือปลักก่อนวัยเจริญพันธุ์อายุ 8-12 เดือน จำนวนทั้งหมด 10 ตัว แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มแรก ใช้ลูกกระบือ 5 ตัวในการฉีดฮอร์โมนโกนาโดโทรปิน ชนิด เอฟ เอส เอช FSH) ขนาด 24 มก ครั้งแรก และหลังจากนั้น 2 เดืนอ ฉีดฮอร์โมนโกนาโดโทรปิน ชนิด พี เอ็ม เอส จี (PMSG) ขนาด 3000 ไอยู และกลุ่มที่ 2 ใช้ลูกกระบือ 5 ตัว ฉีดฮอร์โมน พี เอ็ม เอส จี ครั้งแรก และหลังจากนั้น 2 เดืนอ ฉีดฮอร์โมน เอฟ เอส เอช ตรวจสอบการตอบสนองและเก็บโอโอไซต์ด้วยวิธีการผ่าตัดเปิดช่องท้อง นับจำนวนฟอลลิเคิล (phi >- 0.8 ซม) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า รังไข่มีการตอบสนองต่อฮอร์โมน เอฟ เอส เอช มากกว่าฮอร์โมน พี เอ็ม เอส จี (13.9+-8.6 ใบ เทียบกับ 59+-3.3 ใบ, p<0.01) ได้จำนวนโอโอไซต์เฉลี่ยจากฮอร์โมนเอฟ เอส เอช เท่ากับ 8.3+-5.0 ใบต่อตัว คิดเป็นอัตราการเก็บโอโอไซต์เท่ากับ 63.8% และจากฮอร์โมน พี เอ็ม เอส จี เท่ากับ 4.6+-3.2 ใบต่อตัว คิดเป็นอัตราการเก็บโอโอไซต์เท่ากับ 82% นำโอโอไซตที่เจริญไม่เต็มที่จำนวน 38 ใบ มาเลี้นงต่อในหลอดทดลองนาน 24-25 ชั่วโมง เพื่อให้เกิดสภาวะพร้อมปฏิสนธิ พบว่า 52.6% (20/38) อยู่ในระยะเมตาเฟส ทู การศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าสามารถใช้รังไข่ลูกระบือปลักหลังกระตุ้นด้วยฮอร์โมนโกนาโดโทรปินเป็นแหล่งโอโอไซต์และโอโอไซต์นี้สามารถเกิดสภาวะพร้อมปฏิสนธิในหลอดทดลอง	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	Stimulation of follicular growth was experimented in ten pre-pubertal swamp buffaloes (8-12 months old). They were divided into two groups according to the gonadotropin treatments. Five calves were injected intramuscularly with a 24 mg of follicular stimulating hormone (FSH) and 2 months later with a 3000 IU of pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG), while the other 5 claves were first treated with PMSG and followed by FSH. The ovarian responses were examined by laparotomy and indicated by a number of follicles (phi >-0.8 cm) and corpus hemorrhagicum. Ovaries had more significant response to FSH than PMSG treatment (13.9+-8.6 V.S. 5.9+-3.3 follicles, P<0.01). Sixty three point eight percent pf oocytes were recovered from FSH treated animals (8.3 oocytes per animal) while eighty two percent from PMSG (4.6 oocytes per animal). The immature oocytes (n=38) were cultivated 24-25 hour for maturation, and in vitro maturation rate was 52.6% (20/38). This study shows the possibility of oocyte production from the pre-pubertal swamp buffalo calves by gonadotropin treatments and the harvested oocytes can be matured by in vitro cultivation.	en
