| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรูปแบบของระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน โดยวิธีการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัย มีวัตถุประสงค์ย่อย 2 ประการ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะงานวิจัยที่ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน 2) เพื่อสังเคราะห์ความรู้และข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยด้านระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา โดยมีงานวิจัยที่นำมาสังเคราะห์เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ จำนวน 13 เล่ม ผลการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยพบว่า 1. งานวิจัยที่นำมาสังเคราะห์เป็นวิทยานิพนธ์/ปริญญานิพนธ์ระดับปริญญาโท โดยศึกษาในประเด็นวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนมากที่สุด กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลส่วนใหญ่ คือ ครู โรงเรียนที่ศึกษาส่วนใหญ่สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานและใช้วิธีการสังเกตและการสัมภาษณ์เป็นวิธีการในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลมากที่สุด 2. ผลการสังเคราะห์มีรูปแบบการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน 3 รูปแบบ ที่มีการดำเนินงาน 5 ขั้นตอน โดยใช้หลักของ PCDA ซึ่งมีรายละเอียดที่แตกต่างกัน ดังนี้ รูปแบบ “ร่วมมือทุกฝ่าย” เน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ชุมชน เข้ามาร่วมกันวางแผนกำหนดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน รูปแบบ “หลากหลายกิจกรรม” เน้นกิจกรรมส่งเสริมนักเรียน และกิจกรรมป้องกัน แก้ไขปัญหา ที่หลากหลาย โดยคำนึงถึงผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ รูปแบบ “ทำงานเป็นระบบ” เน้นการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนอย่างมีขั้นตอน มีความพร้อมและความมั่นคงในการดำเนินงานทุกด้าน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to synthesize the research of the student care and support system of school with 2 sub – purposes 1) for synthesis of the characteristic of student care and support system of school 2) for synthesis of knowledge and discovery from the research the student care and support system of school. Research method used was content analysis of qualitative research. The results of research synthesis were : 1. The majority of research reports was and master thesis that studied on development of the student care and support system. Data some were form teachers working in school under the Office of The Basic Education Commission. The most used collection method were observation and Interviews. 2. The result revealed three type of assistance that had five method with PDCA principle as : The first, corporation system was the people in community planned to conducted the activities togethers. The second, varied activities system was the student encouragement, preventation and problem solving was essential. The third, procedure system was implemented the proceeding of student care and support system. |
