| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่คาดหวังเกี่ยวกับการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพในโรงเรียน ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยสร้างแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพ 9 ด้านส่งไปยังประชากร ซึ่งได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 426 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 348 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.69 ผู้วิจัยนำแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนรับรู้ว่าสภาพการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพในโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับคุณภาพดี จำนวน 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ การจัดบรรยากาศเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิต ห้องเรียนและอุปกรณ์ อาคารเรียน น้ำดื่มน้ำใช้และการระบายน้ำ และทำเลที่ตั้งโรงเรียน และรับรู้ว่าสภาพการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพในโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับคุณภาพปานกลางจำนวน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ สวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียน ห้องน้ำห้องส้วม สนามและบริเวณโรงเรียน และอาคารประกอบและห้องพยาบาล 2. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความคาดหวังว่าสภาพการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพในโรงเรียนทั้ง 9 ด้านอยู่ในระดับคุณภาพ ได้แก่ การจัดบรรยากาศเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิต ห้องเรียนและอุปกรณ์ น้ำดื่มน้ำใช้และการระบายน้ำ อาคารเรียน สวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียน ทำเลที่ตั้งโรงเรียน สนามและบริเวณโรงเรียน ห้องน้ำห้องส้วม และอาคารประกอบและห้องพยาบาล 3. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่คาดหวังเกี่ยวกับการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพในโรงเรียน ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน พบว่ามีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้ง 9 ด้าน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of the research was to compare the actuality and expectation of the school health environment management as perceived by elementary school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The 426 questionnaires concerning nine areas of school health environment were sent to those population of school administrators, and 348 accounted for 81.96% of them were returned. The data were then analyzed by means of percentages, means, standard deviations, and t-test. The findings revealed as follows : 1. The school administrators perceived five areas of school health environment management in good quality level. They were the areas of management for mental health promotion atmosphere, classrooms and materials, school building, water supply and drainage, and school location. The school administrators perceived four areas of school health environment management in medium quality level. They were the areas of school safety, toilets, field and school ground, and school annex and health room. 2. The school administrators expected the total nine areas of school health environment management in good quality level. They were the management for mental health promotion atmosphere, classrooms and materials, water supply and drainage, school building, school safety, school location, field and school ground, toilets, and school annex and health room. 3. There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level between the actuality and the expectation of school health environment as perceived by elementary school administrators under the jurisdiction of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in the total nine areas |
