| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเผชิญภาวะวิกฤตของคู่ชีวิตผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลัน และกลุ่มตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์ และสามารถร่วมกันทำนายการเผชิญภาวะวิกฤตของคู่ชีวิตผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลัน ซึ่งตัวพยากรณ์มีดังนี้คือ อายุ เพศ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ จำนวนครั้งของคู่สมรสที่เข้ารับการรักษาในซีซียู การดูแลคู่สมรสก่อนเข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาล ภาวะสุขภาพ ความเชื่ออำนาจภายในตน ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา ทักษะทางสังคม แหล่งประโยชน์ทางด้านวัตถุ และการประเมินสถานการณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การเผชิญภาวะวิกฤตทั้งแบบมุ่งแก้ไขปัญหาและมุ่งใช้อารมณ์ของคู่ชีวิตผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลัน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ระดับการศึกษา ภาวะสุขภาพ ความเชื่ออำนาจภายในตน ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา ทักษะทางสังคม การสนับสนุนทางสังคมและแหล่งประโยชน์ทางด้านวัตถุ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับการเผชิญภาวะวิกฤตแบบมุ่งแก้ไขปัญหาและมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับการเผชิญภาวะวิกฤตแบบมุ่งใช้อารมณ์ของคู่ชีวิตผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 3. กลุ่มตัวพยากรณ์ที่สามารถร่วมกันทำนายการเผชิญภาวะวิกฤตมีดังนี้ 3.1 กลุ่มตัวพยากรณ์ที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การเผชิญภาวะวิกฤตแบบมุ่งแก้ไขปัญหาของคู่ชีวิตผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลันได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คือ กรสนับสนุนทางสังคม ทักษะทางสังคมและแหล่งประโยชน์ทางด้านวัตถุ สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความผันแปรได้ร้อยละ 41.49 (R² = .4149) 3.2 กลุ่มตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การเผชิญภาวะวิกฤตแบบมุ่งใช้อารมณ์ของคู่ชีวิตผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลันได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คือภาวะสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และการประเมินสถานการณ์ สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความผันแปรได้ร้อยละ 29.88 (R² = .2988) |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the coping responses to the crisis situation of spouses of patients with acute myocardial infarction and to search for the variables that would be correlated and able to predict the coping responses to the crisis situation of spouses of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Those Variables were defined as follows: age, sex, education level, occupation, income, number of admittion in ccu., time of spouses’ caring, health status, internal locus of control, problem solving skill, social skill, social support, material resources and situational appraisal. The findings were as the following: 1. Coping responses both problem-focuses and emotional-focused to the crisis situation of spouses of patients with acute myocardial infarction were at the medium level. 2. Educational level, health status, internal locus of control, problem solving skill, social skill, social support and material resources were positively related at the .01 level to problem-focused coping and were negatively related at the .01 level to emotional-focused coping. 3. The group of predictors in each coping responses to the crisis situation of spouses of patients with acute myocardial infraction were as follows: 3.1 Regarding Problem-focuses coping, the 41.49 percent (R² = .4149) of variance were explained by social support, social skill and material resources, at the .01 level 3.2 Regarding Emotional-focuses coping, the 29.88 percent (R² = .2988) of variance were explained by health status, social support and situational appraisal, at the .01 level |
