| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการการเสริมสมรรถภาพในการผลิตผลงานทางวิชาการของครูภาษาไทยในด้านความรู้และวิธีการในด้านการแต่งตำรา หนังสือเรียน หนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่าน การเขียนเอกสารประกอบการสอน การเขียนแบบฝึก การทำวิจัย การเขียนบทความและการผลิตสื่อและสิ่งประดิษฐ์ ตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นครูภาษาไทยในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 5 จำนวน 46 โรงเรียน ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามจำนวน 250 ฉบับ ไปยังตัวอย่างประชากรและได้รับ แบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาจำนวน 220 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 88.00 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แล้วนำเสนอในรูปตารางประกอบความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูภาษาไทยมีความต้องการการเสริมสมรรถภาพในการผลิตผลงานทางวิชาการมากในการแต่งตำรา การแต่งหนังสือเรียน การแต่งหนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่าน การเขียนเอกสารประกอบการสอน การเขียนแบบบทความ การทำวิจัย การเขียนบทความ และการผลิตสื่อและสิ่งประดิษฐ์ ทั้งในด้านความรู้และด้านวิธีการ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to investigate the needs for academic work production competency development of Thai Language teachers in the aspects of knowledge and method in composing a book, a textbook, a supplementary reader 1- the instructional materials and exercise book ; in doing a research ; in writing an article and in producing audio-visual materials and invention. The sample of this study were Thai language teachers from 4 6 schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of secondary Education, educational region five. The 250 questionnaires were sent to Thai teachers and 220 which was 88.00 % were obtained. The returned data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation, then presented in tables and descriptive forms. The results revealed that Thai language teachers needed academic work production competency development composing a book, a textbook, supplementary reader ; the instructional materials and exercise book ; in doing a research ; in writing an article and in producing audio-visual materials and invention at the high level. |
