| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาผลการจัดแสดงหนังสือที่มีต่อการขอยืมหนังสือของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1-5 โรงเรียนจิตรลดา โดยทำการทดลองจัดแสดงหนังสือในห้องสมุดประถมศึกษาโรงเรียนจิตรลดา หนังสือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง (60 ชื่อเรื่อง) เป็นหนังสือสำหรับเด็กเพื่อความเพลิดเพลิน (30 ชื่อเรื่อง) และหนังสือสำหรับเด็กเพื่อความรู้ (30 ชื่อเรื่อง) โดยทำการทดลองจัดแสดงหนังสือ 2 ครั้ง ใช้เวลาในการทดลองครั้งละ 2 สัปดาห์ จัดแสดงครั้งที่ 1 วันที่ 1-14 พฤศจิกายน 2532 จัดแสดงครั้งที่ 2 วันที่ 1-14 ธันวาคม 2532 การวิจัยพบว่าหนังสือสำหรับเด็กเพื่อความเพลิดเพลิน ก่อนการจัดแสดงมีการขอยืมร้อยละ 46.67 หลังการจัดแสดงมีการขอยืมร้อยละ 80.00 หนังสือสำหรับเด็กเพื่อความรู้ ก่อนการจัดแสดงมีการขอยืมร้อยละ 30.00 หลังการจัดแสดงมีการขอยืมร้อยละ 53.33 ผลการขอยืมหนังสือสำหรับเด็กเพื่อความเพลิดเพลินและเพื่อความรู้ก่อนและหลังการจัดแสดงหนังสือทั้ง 2 ครั้ง มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ กล่าวคือการจัดแสดงหนังสือมีผลทำให้มีการขอยืมหนังสือสำหรับเด็กเพื่อความเพลิดเพลินและเพื่อความรู้สูงขึ้น |
| Other Abstract: | This study was to show the effects of book displays on library circulation of grade 1-5 students in Chitrlada School. Sixty children’s books consisting of 30 books for recreation and 30 books for information were selected. The books were divided into 2 sets of 30 children’s books of 2 kinds and were displayed during two weeks in the school library. It was found that before the book display, 46.67 percent of children’s books for recreation and 30.00 percent of children’s books for information displayed had been checked out and the circulation records raised to 80.00 and 53.33 percent atter the display. The comparision of circulation records the recreational and information books displayed before and after the displays showed significant statistical difference which proved the effects of book display on increasing library circulation of children’s books of both kinds. |
