| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับทักษะการบริหารการศึกษาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารและครูอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทักษะการบริหารการศึกษาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ด้านเทคนิคอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผู้บริหารและครูอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทักษะการบริหารการศึกษาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ผู้บริหารและครูอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทักษะการบริหารการศึกษาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ด้านคตินิยมอยู่ในระดับมาก 4. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับทักษะการบริหารการศึกษาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ทั้ง 3 ด้านคือ ด้านเทคนิค ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และด้านคตินิยม แตกต่างกันทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | This study was to study the opinions and compare the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning of educational administrative skills of the administration primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Samut Prakan Provincial Primary Education. Research results : 1. The opinions of the administrators and teachers concerning the educational administrative skills of Primary School administrators under the jurisdiction of the Office of Samut Prakan Provincial Primary Education regarding the technical skill were at the high level. 2. The opinions of the administrators and teachers concerning of educational administrative skills of Primary School administrators under the jurisdiction of the Office of Samut Prakan Provincial Primary Education regarding the human skill were at the high level. 3. The opinions of the administrators and teachers concerning the jurisdiction of the Office of Samut Prakan Provincial Primary Education regarding the conceptual skill were at the high level. 4. The opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the educational administrative skills of Primary School administrators under the jurisdiction of the Office of Samut Prakan Provincial Primary Education regarding the overall skills were statistically significant difference at the .05 level. |
