| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีและประชาชนในท้องถิ่นที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ทั้งสองกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็นนักท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 165 คน ประชาชนในท้องถิ่น จำนวน 235 คน ซึ่งใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านการท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 6 ท่าน ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ในการเก็บข้อมูล นำผลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ หาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความต้องการในองค์ประกอบแหล่งท่องเที่ยวของนักท่องเที่ยว พบว่า นักท่องเที่ยวมีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมากคือด้านกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยว ( X= 3.70) ด้านแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ( X= 3.59) ด้านการคมนาคมและด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ( X= 3.57)และ ด้านโปรแกรมการท่องเที่ยว ( X= 3.49) ตามลำดับ ยกเว้นด้านบริการเสริม(X = 3.33) มีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง. ความต้องการการพัฒนาองค์ประกอบแหล่งท่องเที่ยวของประชาชนในท้องถิ่น พบว่า ประชาชนในท้องถิ่นมีความต้องการการพัฒนาระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (X bar = 4.34) ด้านโปรแกรมการท่องเที่ยว (X bar = 4.31) ส่วนความต้องการระดับมากคือ ด้านการคมนาคม ( X bar = 4.17) ด้านกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวและบริการเสริม ( X bar = 3.89) และด้านแหล่งท่องเที่ยว (X bar = 3.43) 2. แนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีที่ได้จากการรวบรวม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม คือ การพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวต้องให้ประชาชนในท้องถิ่นมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนา มีการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อให้ประชาชนท้องถิ่นอนุรักษ์และเห็นคุณค่าของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในท้องถิ่น มีการกำหนดมาตรการเพื่อใช้รองรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่เดินทางเข้ามาท่องเที่ยว มีการพัฒนาและอนุรักษ์ตามความเหมาะสมของแต่ละพื้นที่และประเภทของแหล่งท่องเที่ยว และควรมีการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเพื่อเป็นการกระตุ้นการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดให้ดียิ่งขึ้นต่อไป |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were to propose a potential development guideline of tourism destination in Ubonratcharani province. The samples were Thai tourists who travelled to Ubonratchatani and people in the local area who lived in Ubonratchatani. Both samples were people from age 15 years and over. The sample group used in the research was divided into 165 tourists and 235 local people. The questionnaire was used in collecting the data. The interview form was used in collecting the data from 6 people pertaining to tourism. The statistical analysis was analyzed in term of means and standard deviation. The results were as follow 1. Regarding the demand in the tourism components of tourists, it was found that tourists had demand at a high level in touristsm activity (X bar = 3.70), tourism attractions (X bar = 3.59), transportation and utilities (X bar = 3.57), and tourism packages (X bar = 3.49), respectively except for the additional service ( X bar = 3.33) which had the demand at an average level. Regarding the demand on the development of tourism attraction component of the local people, it was found that local people placed the demand on the development of conveniences and utilities and tourism packages (X bar = 4.31) in the highest level (X bar = 4.34). As for the demand in a high level, they were transportation, (X bar = 4.17), tourism activity and additional services (X bar = 3.89) and the tourism attractions (X bar = 3.43). 2. A potential development guideline of tourism destination in Ubonratchatani province that had been collected and analyzed from the data from the 3 sample groups was that the development of tourism destination must allow local people to participate in the development and to provide activity so that local people would preserve and appreciate the local tourism destinations and to create a standard of rules and regulations to support tourists who come to visit, to develop and preserve the tourism destination. There should also be support from related organizations regarding public relations of tourism destinations in order to encourage the tourism of the province. |
