| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างบทบาทที่คาดหวัง และบทบาทที่เป็นจริงของครูศิลปศึกษา ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารและครูศิลปศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร และครูศิลปศึกษาเกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่คาดหวังและบทบาทที่เป็นจริงของครูศิลปศึกษา ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือกลุ่มครูศิลปศึกษา และกลุ่มผู้บริหารในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 11 จำนวนครูศิลปศึกษา 132 คน และผู้บริหารจำนวน 142 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามชนิดเลือกตอบแบบประเมินค่า และแบบปลายเปิด นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การเปรียบเทียบบทบาทที่คาดหวังกับบทบาทที่เป็นจริงของครูศิลปศึกษา ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 2. การเปรียบเทียบบทบาทที่คาดหวังกับบทบาทที่เป็นจริงของครูศิลปศึกษา ตามการรับรู้ของครูศิลปศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3. การเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารกับครูศิลปศึกษา เกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่คาดหวังของครูศิลปศึกษา ปรากฏว่าทั้งสองกลุ่มมีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่คาดหวังไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. การเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารกับครูศิลปศึกษา เกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่เป็นจริงของครูศิลปศึกษา ปรากฏว่าทั้งสองกลุ่มมีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่เป็นจริง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were 1) to compare the differences between expected roles and actual roles of art teachers as perceived by administrators and art teachers and 2) to compare the differences of perception of administrators and art teachers about the expected roles and the actual roles of art teachers. The expected roles and actual roles of art teachers included the following aspects: instruction, personalities, and service. A sample groups of the population in this study included 132 art teachers and 142 administrators in lower secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the General Education Department, educational region eleven. The researcher constructed a set of questionnaire consisting multiple choice, rating scale and open-ended questions. The obtained data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithemetic mean, standard deviation, t-test and then presented in the form of tables with explanations. The research findings show important results as following: 1. The comparison between the expected roles and the actual roles of art teachers as perceived by administrators were significant differences at the level of .05. 2. The comparison between the expected roles and the actual roles of art teachers as perceived by art teachers were significant differences at the level of .05. 3. The comparison perception of administrators and art teachers about the expected roles by art teachers were not significant. 4. The comparison of perception by administrators and art teachers about the actual roles by art teachers were significant differences at the level of .05. |
