| Abstract: | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา การรับรู้พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงที่นำไปสู่การมีเพศสัมพันธ์ของวัยรุ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนระดับอาชีวศึกษา การสุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกโรงเรียน อยู่เขตชั้นนอก ชั้นกลางและชั้นใน เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จากนั้นสุ่มแต่ละเขต โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย ได้ 5 โรงเรียน และเลือกนักเรียนที่ศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปวส.ชั้นปีที่ 1 ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 400 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปโดยใช้ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่ามัธยฐาน และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ในการหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงและการรับรู้พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงที่นำไปสู่การมีเพศสัมพันธ์ ผลการศึกษาคุณลักษณะทางประชากรของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง พบว่า ร้อยละ 50.2 เป็นนักเรียนชาย และ ร้อยละ 49.8 เป็นนักเรียนหญิง ส่วนใหญ่อายุ 18-19 ปี และนับถือศาสนาพุทธ สาขาวิชาที่เรียนมีทั้งหมด 17 สาขา แต่จะแตกต่างกันทั้งเพศชาย เพศหญิง และแตกต่างกันในแต่ละโรงเรียน ลักษณะทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม พบว่า นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 67.8) ได้รับค่าใช้จ่ายจากบิดา มารดา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 3567.25 บาท การศึกษาพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือ การมีคู่รัก/แฟน การใช้สื่อกระตุ้นอารมณ์ทางเพศ การดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ การใช้สารเสพติด การไปเที่ยวสถานเริงรมย์ พบว่า นักเรียนร้อยละ 73.5 เคยดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ และ ร้อยละ 43.2 เคยใช้สารเสพติด โดยสารเสพติดที่ใช้ส่วนใหญ่คือ บุหรี่ การมีคู่รัก/แฟน พบว่า ร้อยละ 82.8 เคยมีคู่รัก/แฟน และ ร้อยละ 61.8 เคยมีเพศสัมพันธ์ และมีนักเรียนมากกว่าครึ่งที่เคยใช้สื่อกระตุ้นอารมณ์ทางเพศ และไปเที่ยวสถานเริงรมย์ การรับรู้พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงที่นำไปสู่การมีเพศสัมพันธ์พบว่า การดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ การใช้สารเสพติด การใช้สื่อกระตุ้นอารมณ์ทางเพศ การไปเที่ยวสถานเริงรมย์ และการมีคู่รัก เป็นพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงที่นำไปสู่การมีเพศสัมพันธ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P-value ≤ .05) |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study perception of risk behavior affected to sexual relationship. The data were collected through self-administered questionnaires from 400 vocational students aged over 18 years old who currently studied in vocational schools in Bangkok. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, mediam, standard deviation. The relationship between 5 independent variables and the dependent variable was tasted through Chi-square. The results found that 50.2% of the sample students were male and 49.8% were females. Almost 80% aged between 18-19 years old. Departments were different both sex and education background. Almost 67.8% receive monthly income from their parents. Their average monthly income was 3567.25 Baht.With regard to risk behavior, it was found that 73.5% of the sample students drank alcohol and 43.2% used drug and cigarette is the most addictive substance being used. About 82.8% had girlfriends or boyfriends and 61.8% reported of sexual intercourse experiences. More than half of students in this study watched pornographic materials and went to entertainment outside.By using Chi-square to found the relationship between risk behavior (drank alcohol, used drug, watched pornographic materials, went to entertainment outside, had girlfriends or boyfriends) and sexual intercourse experiences, the study showed that there were significant relationship (P-value ≤ .05) |
