dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาระงานของอาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูสุราษฎร์ธานี ปีการศึกษา 2433 ที่ได้มีการปฏิบัติในด้านงานสอนและงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสอน งานวิจัยและงานเขียนทางวิชาการ งานบริการทางวิชาการ งานทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม งานบริหารบริการและธุรการ งานอบรมครูและบุคลากรประจำการ และศึกษาความพึงพอใจการปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์ โดยวิธีแจกแจงเอกสารคำสั่งให้อาจารย์ปฏิบัติงาน สัมภาษณ์อาจารย์ ผู้บริหาร และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 ท่าน และอาจารย์ที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของภาระงานที่ทำ และตอบแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน จำนวน 110 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. อาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูสุราษฎร์ธานี มีจำนวนชั่วโมงปฏิบัติงานรวมภาระงานสอนและงานที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับการสอน งานอบรมครูและบุคลากรประจำการ งานบริหารบริการและธุรการ งานทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม งานบริการทางวิชาการแก่สังคม และงานวิจัยหรืองานเขียนทางวิชาการ เท่ากับ 73.73, 27.14, 21.09, 11.85, 7.93, 3.10 และ 2.62 ชั่วโมงต่อสัปดาห์ 2. การเปรียบเทียบภาระงานทั้ง 6 ด้าน จำแนกตามตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ คุณวุฒิและประสบการณ์การทำงานในวิทยาลัยครูพบว่า อาจารย์ที่มีตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ และอาจารย์ที่ไม่มีตำแหน่งทางวิชาการจะมีจำนวนชั่วโมงปฏิบัติงานในภาระงานวิจัยและงายเขียนทางวิชาการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และอาจารย์ที่มีสุฒิการศึกษาสูงกว่าปริญญาตรีจะมีภาระงานสอนและงานวิจัย งานเขียนทางวิชาการมากกว่าอาจารย์ที่มีวุฒิปริญญาตรีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ในด้านประสบการณ์การทำงานในวิทยาลัยครู อาจารย์ที่มีประสบการณ์ 1-10 ปี และอาจารย์ที่มีประสบการณ์ตั้งแต่ 11 ปีขึ้นไป มีชั่วโมงการปฏิบัติภาระงานทั้ง 6 ด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. อาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูสุรษฎร์ธานี มีความพึงพอใจจากการที่ได้รับมอบหมายงานที่ตรงกับความรู้ความสามารถ และในด้านความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานมาก (X= 3.64,3.55) นอกนั้นอาจารย์มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัยคือ วิทยาลัยควรใช้ผลการวิจัยเป็นข้อมูลในการพิจารณาวางแผนและจัดสรรกำลังคน เพื่อให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ส่งเสริมงานด้านการฝึกอบรมเทคนิคการทำวิจัย การเขียนเอกสารตำรา พร้อมทั้งจัดหาทุนอุดหนุนด้วย ควรวางแผนพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลให้เป็นระบบเครือข่ายและจัดให้มีการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ภาระงานของอาจารย์อย่างต่อเนื่อง-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to study faculty workload and job satisfaction of Surat Thani Teachers College during the academic year of 2533 B.E. The data of job performance orders and job satisfaction were collected from recorded documents and from one hundred and ten faculties who responded to the self-administered questionnaire. The research results were as followed : 1. Faculty work load of Surat Thani Teachers College, consisted of teaching and related duties, training courses for teachers and on duties personnels, service administration and secretarial works, art and cultural conservation, social services, and conducting research projects and writing academic papers were 73.73, 27.14, 21.09, 11.85, 7.93, 3.10 and 2.62 hours per week respectively. 2. Comparison of 6 dimensions of faculty work load by the faculties' academic ranks, educational background and length of professional experience revealed that; the facuties with different academic ranks were significantly different in working hours for conducting research projects and writing academic papers. The faculties with graduate academic background had statistical significantly different work load in teaching hours and related duties, conducting research projects and writing academic papers from those who had undergraduate academic background. For those who had different length of professional experiences were not statistical significantly different in all dimensions of work load. 3. The faculties of Surat Thani Teachers College were highly satisfy with their job, concerning the dimensions of job assignment and their job achievement (X = 3.64, 3.55 respectively). For the other dimensions, the faculties job satisfaction were at the moderate level. The results of this research were recommended for implementing in manpower planning procedure, especially research promotion by developing training project for research technics and writing academic papers and textbooks for the faculties. The information system and network should be set up and the faculty work load should be analysed continuously.-
