dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) ลักษณะของผู้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงในด้านตัวเด็ก ครอบครัวและโรงเรียน 2) ลักษณะที่สามารถจำแนกผู้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงและผู้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนต่ำ 3) การปฏิบัติของผู้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูง ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ลักษณะของกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงส่วนใหญ่มีลักษณะดังนี้คือ เป็นชายและหญิงในจำนวนใกล้เคียงกัน มีอายุน้อยกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน มีระดับสติปัญญาสูงกว่าปกติและเป็นบุตรคนแรก ได้รับการอบรมเลี้ยงดูแบบประชาธิปไตย มาจากครอบครัวที่มีบุตร 3 คน ได้รับการศึกษาจากโรงเรียนที่มีการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียน บิดามีการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาและปริญญาตรี ลักษณะที่สามารถจำแนกผู้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงและต่ำมีทั้งสิ้น 46 ลักษณะ โดยลักษณะที่มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกสูงมี 14 ลักษณะ ซึ่งลักษณะที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูง มีในระดับสูงกว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนต่ำมี 6 ลักษณะ คือ ระดับสติปัญญา นิสัยการเรียน ชอบคบเพื่อนมีความจริงใจ ระดับการศึกษาของบิดา ไม่ชอบให้มีเสียงรบกวนระหว่างอ่านหนังสือหรือทำการบ้าน และเวลาที่ใช้ทำกิจกรรมการศึกษาในวันหยุด การปฏิบัติตนเกี่ยวกับการเรียนมีดังนี้คือ ไม่ชอบให้มีเสียงรบกวนในขณะอ่านหนังสือหรือทำการบ้าน ชอบนั่งทำงานจนเสร็จแล้วจึงลุก ตั้งใจเรียนและทำการบ้านสม่ำเสมอ บทเรียนที่ยากถ้าไม่เข้าใจจะไม่ยอมให้ผ่านไป วางแผนการอ่านหนังสือและทำเครื่องหมายหรือขีดเส้นใต้ข้อความที่สำคัญขณะอ่านหนังสือ ชอบคนเพื่อนที่ร่าเริง ฉลาดมีเชาวน์ดี มีความรับผิดชอบ รักความเจริญก้าวหน้า และสนใจเรียน-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to study 1) the characteristics of high achievers concerning themselves, their families and schools 2) the characteristics that could be used to discriminate high and low achievers 3) the performance of high achievers. The findings were as follows: The characteristics of the majority high achievers' sample were : male and female in nearly equal number, younger than standard average, more intelligent than normal, first-born, brought up democratically in family that have 3 siblings whose fathers were secondary or university graduate, studied from schools that offer extra activities. There were 46 characteristics that could discriminate high and low achievers among these, 14 had high discriminate power, 6 of which characterize the higher achievers i.e. : mental abilities level, good study habit, preference for sincere friends, father’s educational level, dislike of being disturbed while reading or doing homework, amount of holiday time spent on studying. High achievers’ scholastic performance had the following features : disliking disturbance while reading or doing homework, preferring to work until completion, being committed to studying and doing homework, not skipping difficult lessons, planning text reading and making marks or underlining important sentances, preferring friends who were cheerful, elever and wise, responsible, ambitious and interested in learning.-
