| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การตอบสนองต่ออาการและการเผชิญความเครียดกับระยะเวลาการมารับการรักษาของผู้ป่วยกลุ่มอาการหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยกลุ่มอาการหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลันที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมของโรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครศรีธรรมราช โรงพยาบาลสุราษฎร์ธานีและโรงพยาบาลตรัง ทั้งชายและหญิงอายุตั้งแต่ 18-59 ปี จำนวน 160 ราย ที่ได้มาจากวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย โดยการจับฉลากแบบไม่แทนที่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและระยะเวลาการมารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาล แบบสอบถามการตอบสนองต่ออาการ แบบสอบถามวิธีการเผชิญความเครียดแบบมุ่งแก้ปัญหากับมุ่งปรับอารมณ์ แบบสอบถามทุกฉบับได้รับการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ โดยการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามโดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .77, .71 และ .72 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลได้แก่ อายุ เพศ ประวัติการเป็นโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด ประวัติการมีโรคประจำตัวที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด ลักษณะของคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจมีความสัมพันธ์กับระยะเวลาการมารับการรักษาของผู้ป่วยกลุ่มอาการหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 2. ระดับการศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์กับระยะเวลาการมารับการรักษาของผู้ป่วยกลุ่มอาการหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. การตอบสนองต่ออาการ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับระยะเวลาการมารับการรักษาของผู้ป่วยกลุ่มอาการหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. การเผชิญความเครียดมีความสัมพันธ์กับระยะเวลาการมารับการรักษาของผู้ป่วยกลุ่มอาการหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were to study the relationships between personal factors, symptom responses, coping responses and duration of seeking medical care in persons with acute coronary syndrome in southern regional hospitals. Simple random sampling was applied to receive a sample of 160 acute coronary syndrome patients males and female 18-59 years old who admitted at medical ward in Maharaj Nakonsitammarat, Surattani and Trang hospital selected by simple random sampling. The instrument for this study was included a demographic data form and time to seek medical care, a symptom responses questionnaire and problem focus and emotion focus coping responses questionnaire. The questionnaires were test for their content validity by a panel of expert. They demonstrated acceptable reliability with Cronbach’s alpha at .77, .71 and .72, respectively. Data were analyzed using pearson product-moment correlation and Eta correlation. The results of this study demonstrated that: 1. Personal factors were not related to duration of seeking medical care of acute coronary syndrome patients. 2. Educational level was related to duration of seeking medical care of acute coronary syndrome patients at the significant level of .05. 3. Symptom responses was negatively related to duration of seeking medical care of acute coronary syndrome patients at the significant level of .05. 4. Coping responses was not related to duration of seeking medical care of acute coronary syndrome patients. |
