dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในงานและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในงานของอาจารย์คณะแพทยศาสตร์ที่สอนระดับปรีคลินิกในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามจำนวน 439 ฉบับ ไปยังกลุ่มประชากรซึ่งเป็นอาจารย์คณะแพทยศาสตร์ที่สอนระดับปรีคลินิกในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ 5 แห่ง ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนและสามารถใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้ 336 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 76.54 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นๆ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/PC⁺ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจในงานของอาจารย์คณะแพทยศาสตร์ที่สอนระดับปรีคลินิกในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในงานของอาจารย์คณะแพทยศาสตร์ที่สอนระดับปรีคลินิกในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐในภาพรวม ตามลำดับ คือ ความมั่นคงในงาน การได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ เงินเดือนและผลประโยชน์ เกื้อกูล นโยบายและการบริหารงาน และสภาพการทำงาน 2.1 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในงานของกลุ่มอาจารย์ที่เป็นแพทย์ ตามลำดับ คือ ความมั่นคงในงาน การได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ และนโยบายและการบริหารงาน 2.2 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในงานของกลุ่มอาจารย์ที่มิได้เป็นแพทย์ ตามลำดับ คือ การได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ สภาพการทำงาน ความมั่นคงในงาน ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ เงินเดือนและผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูล และนโยบายและการบริหารงาน 2.3 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในงานของกลุ่มอาจารย์ในส่วนกลาง ตามลำดับ คือความมั่นคงในงาน การได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ สภาพการทำงาน และลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ 2.4 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจ ในงานของกลุ่มอาจารย์ในส่วนภูมิภาค ตามลำดับ คือ ความมั่นคงในงาน นโยบายและการบริหารงาน ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ และเงินเดือนและผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูล
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to study the job satisfaction and factors affecting job satisfaction of Faculty of Medicine pre-clinical instructors in government universities. A set of questionnaires had been constructed and 439 copies were sent to Faculty of Medicine pre-clinical instructors in 5 government universities. 336 copies of them (76.54%) were returned. The data were analyzed by using SPSS/PC⁺ for percentage, mean, pearson correlation coefficients and the stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings of the research were as follows; 1. The job satisfaction of Faculty of medicine pre-clinical instructors in government universities was at moderate level. 2. In general, factors affecting job satisfaction of those instructors in rank order of importance were job security, recognition, work itself, salary and benefits, policy and administration and working conditions. 2.1 Factors affecting job satisfaction of those who graduated M.D. in rank order of importance were job security, recognition, work itself, and policy and administration. 2.2 Factors affecting job satisfaction of those who did not graduate M.D. in rank order of importance were recognition, working conditions, job security, work itself, salary and benefits and policy and administration. 2.3 Factors affecting job satisfaction of those instructors in government universities in central areas in rank order of importance were job security, recognition, working conditions and work itself. 2.4 Factors affecting job satisfaction of those instructors in government universities in provincial areas in rank order of importance were job security, policy and administration, work itself and salary and benefits.
