| Abstract: | จุดประสงค์ของวิทยานิพนธ์เพื่อออกแบบโมเดลข้อมูลด้านการเงินเพื่อการบริหารแห่งชาติ ซึ่งใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารแห่งชาติ ขอบเขตของการวิทยานิพนธ์ ครอบคลุมเรื่องการบริหารด้านการเงิน การคลัง และการงบประมาณโดยใช้ข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานที่มีความพร้อมของข้อมูลและมีความสำคัญสูงต่อการบริหาร ได้แก่ สำนักงบประมาณ กรมบัญชีกลาง และธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย โดยเน้นข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี รายรับ รายจ่าย ในงบประมาณและนอกงบประมาณ รวมทั้งรายละเอียดด้านเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ การออกแบบโมเดลข้อมูลของสำนักงบประมาณ กรมบัญชีกลาง และธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยอาศัยหลักการออกแบบโมเดลข้อมูลเชิงตรรก ซึ่งเป็นหลักการที่พิจารณาข้อมูลและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อมูลที่มีในองค์กร จากนั้นพิจารณาส่วนเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลระหว่างโมเดลเพื่อออกแบบโมเดลข้อมูลเชิงตรรกด้านการเงินของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารแห่งชาติ แล้วจึงแปลงโมเดลเชิงตรรกที่ได้ให้อยู่ในรูปโมเดลข้อมูลเชิงกายภาพ โดยใช้หลักการออกแบบโมเดลเชิงสัมพันธ์ผลการดำเนินงานประกอบด้วย แผนภาพโมเดลข้อมูลเชิงตรรก แผนภาพโมเดลข้อมูลเชิงกายภาพ และพจนานุกรมข้อมูล ซึ่งพัฒนาบนเครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยใช้ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลออราเคิลประมวลผลบนระบบปฏิบัติการยูนิกซ์ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this thesis is to design a financial data model for management information system which is used as a base for national management information system (NAMIS). The scope of this thesis covers financial management, treasury, and budgetary by using data from the Bureau of Budget, the Controller General Department, and the Bank of Thailand which are the important institutions for financial management in Thailand. Data about annual budget, revenue, expenditure and nonbudgetary, and national economic information are extracted from databases of the above institutions. The concept of logical data modeling which is concerned about data and their relationship is used in designing logical data model of the Bureau of Budget, the Controller General Department, and the Bank of Thailand. Then the linkage between data models were added to become financial data model for national management information system and later converted into physical relation data model. The results consist of logical data model, physical data model diagram and data dictionary which were developed on microcomputer using oracle database management system under UNIX operating system. |
