dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาเรื่อง Myofascial pain syndrome ในประเทศไทยมักกระจายอยู่ในกลุ่มแพทย์เวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟู, ศัลยศาสตร์ออร์โธปิดิกส์ และอายุรแพทย์ ซึ่งพบอุบัติการณ์ที่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นการศึกษาในคลินิกแพทย์แผนปัจจุบัน แต่ยังไม่มีการศึกษาในคลินิกแพทย์แผนไทย ในเชิงประจักษ์ ในการวิจัยนี้ การเป็น Myofascial pain syndrome กำหนดโดย การได้รับวินิจฉัยว่าเป็น Myofascial pain syndrome จากแพทย์แผนปัจจุบัน หรือโรคลมปลายปัตคาด จากแพทย์แผนไทย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณาภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาความชุกและปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับ Myofascial pain syndrome ในผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาที่คลินิกแพทย์แผนไทย โรงพยาบาลสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ป่วยจำนวน 273 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้มี 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ป่วย 2) แบบบันทึกการวินิจฉัย จากแฟ้มประวัติผู้ป่วย 3) แบบสอบถาม Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale ฉบับภาษาไทย 4) แบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลกชุดย่อ ฉบับภาษาไทย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา, Chi-Square Test และ Multiple logistic regression ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาที่คลินิกแพทย์แผนไทย โรงพยาบาลสุราษฎร์ธานี ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็น Myofascial pain syndrome ร้อยละ 74.7 ส่วนปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการมี Myofascial pain syndrome คือ อายุ 55 ปี หรือน้อยกว่า และการมีคุณภาพชีวิตด้านร่างกายระดับกลางๆ ถึงไม่ดี	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	Studies of Myofascial pain syndrome in Thailand were usually conducted in rehabilitation medicine, orthopedic surgery and medical clinic. There has been no empirical study in Thai traditional medicine clinic. Myofascial pain syndrome in this research is diagnosed by modern medicine and Thai traditional medicine. The purpose of this cross-sectional descriptive study was to determine prevalence and factors associated with myofascial pain syndrome. Data were collected from 273 patiens of Thai traditional medicine clinic, Suratthani hospital. The instruments consisted of four following parts; 1) General Background Questionnaire 2) Thai Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale (Thai HADS) 3) WHOQOL-BREF-THAI 4) The diagnoses of Myofascial pain syndrome and Lomplaipattakad extracted from patients medical records. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-Square statistics and multiple logistic regression analysis. The results revealed that 74.7% of patients in Thai traditional medicine clinic had Myofascial pain syndrome. Those with aged 55 or younger and those with moderate or low physical aspect of quality of life were the factors associated with the prevalence of myofascial pain syndrome.	en
