| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือโดยอาศัยข้อมูลจากการสำรวจความคิดเห็น ผู้บริหาร นักวิชาการ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำพิพิธภัณฑ์ และประชาชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉลียงเหนือ ที่ใช้บริการพิพิธภัณฑ์หรือศูนย์วัฒนธรรม ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่า รูปแบบพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ควรมีรูปแบบ ดังนี้ 1.คณะกรรมการในการดำเนินงาน จัดตั้งพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น ควรมาจากประชาชนในชุมชนท้องถิ่น และเจ้าหน้าที่จากหน่วยงานราชการต่าง ๆ ในจังหวัด และส่วนกลางที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2.อาคารและสถานที่ตั้ง ควรเป็นอาคารพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่สร้างขึ้นโดยเฉพาะ และตั้งอยู่ในสถานที่เป็นศูนย์กลางชุมชน 3.พิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น ควรมีเนื้อหาการแสดงในด้านวิถีทางการดำเนินชีวิต และ พัฒนาการความเป็นมาของท้องถิ่นเสมอ ในทุกแห่ง 4.เทคนิคในการจัดแสดง ควรใช้วิธีจัดแสดงด้วยวัตถุที่เป็นของจริง มีคำบรรยายประกอบและจัดกิจกรรมที่ให้ผู้ชมมีส่วนร่วม โดยจัดนิทรรศการในลักษณะที่ต้องใช้อวัยวะมาสัมผัส เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการให้เกิดการแสดงในเรื่องนั้น ๆ 5.การจัดบริการอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้ชม ควรมีการจัดบริการนำชม แนะนำรายละเอียดต่างๆ ในพิพิธภัณฑ์ การจัดแผนผังป้ายบอกทิศทาง การมีเอกสารประกอบการชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ และ การจัดบริเวณที่พักผ่อนภายในพิพิธภัณฑ์ 6.การดำเนินของพิพิธภัณฑ์ ควรดำเนินการโดยหน่วยงานราชการภายในท้องถิ่นนั้นและควรแบ่งการทำงานเป็น 3 ฝ่าย คือ ฝ่ายบริหาร ฝ่ายวิชาการและฝ่ายเทคนิค 7.งบประมาณ ใช้งบประมาณแผ่นดิน เงินบริจาคจากเอกชน และจัดกิจกรรมหารายได้ 8.การประชาสัมพันธ์ ควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์อย่างต่อเนื่อง และควรใช้สื่อทุกรูปแบบ โดยเฉพาะสื่อทางวิทยุและโทรทัศน์มากที่สุด |
| Other Abstract: | The objective of this research was to propose a model for a local museum in the Northeastern region. The opinions of the administrators. academic staffs, museum experts, who have experience in establishing museums, and local visitors at different museums, were used to develop the guidelines for the study. The results of the study concluded that a local museum in the Northeastern region should consist of the following: 1.The operation committees, who establish the local museum, should be composed of local people and the relevant government officers. 2. The building for the local museum must be constructed in the center of the community. 3. The contents of the local museum should describe the way of life and local history of the region. 4. Display techniques were suggested to display real things accompanied with written descriptions, and it was also suggested that the visitors should be allowed to interact with the displays. 5. The facilities to be provided should include an introduction to the museum service, diagrams, indicator signs, documents, and a place to relax in the museum. 6. The museum should be administered by a local government office, the organization should be devided into administrative, academic and technical departments. 7. The budget should be supported by the local and national government, from donations, and some fund raising activities. 8. It was recommended that all kinds of mass media should be employed to promote the new museum, particularly, radio and television. |
