| Abstract: | ปัญหาของห้องน้ำสาธารณะในแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ทำให้นักท่องเที่ยวมักเกิดความวิตกกังวลเวลาเดินทางท่องเที่ยว ทำให้เกิดภาพลักษณ์ที่ไม่ดีต่อการท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งการท่องเที่ยวมีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของประเทศไทย เนื่องจากเป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่มีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ มีศักยภาพอย่างสูงในการทำรายได้ให้กับประเทศ ปัจจุบันทั่วโลกกำลังให้ความสำคัญกับห้องน้ำสาธารณะเป็นอย่างมาก เพราะห้องน้ำสาธารณะเป็นเครื่องบ่งชี้ถึงระดับสุขาภิบาลสิ่งแวดล้อม เป็นหน้าตาและความเจริญของประเทศ รัฐบาลหลายประเทศได้ให้นโยบายสำคัญที่ต้องการสนับสนุนการท่องเที่ยวโดยเน้นให้ห้องน้ำสาธารณะในสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเป็นห้องน้ำที่มีคุณภาพที่คำนึงถึงปัจจัยด้านต่างๆอย่างเหมาะสม วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยมีจุดมุ่งหมายหลักในการศึกษาแนวคิดในการสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับผู้ใช้ห้องน้ำสาธารณะในแหล่งท่องเที่ยว โดยนำผลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอเป็นแนวคิดในการสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับผู้ใช้ห้องน้ำสาธารณะเพื่อสนับสนุนการท่องเที่ยวโดยคำนึงถึงทรัพยากรและสิ่งแวดล้อมของสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว เพื่อปรับปรุง พัฒนาสร้างสรรค์แนวทางเพื่อตอบสนอง และสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับนักท่องเที่ยว ผู้วิจัยได้เก็บข้อมูลโดยวิธีการแจกแบบสอบถามกับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยจำนวน 100 คน ใน 4 สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว สถานที่ละ 25 คน และใช้วิธีการสำรวจทางกายภาพของสถานที่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคือ เสียงที่เหมาะสม (Acoustic comfort),แสงที่เพียงพอ(Lighting comfort) ,สภาวะน่าสบาย(Thermal comfort) ,ความงาม (Aesthetic),คุณภาพอากาศภายในอาคาร (Indoor air quality) ,การจัดการพื้นที่ และการบริการ เป็นตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยว ผู้วิจัยได้นำตัวแปรเหล่านี้ไปสร้างเป็น แนวคิดในการตรวจสอบเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับผู้ใช้ห้องน้ำสาธารณะ และใช้ตรวจสอบกับห้องน้ำสาธารณะห้องสมุดสารนิเทศสารานุกรมไทย อำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา พบว่ามีองค์ประกอบของตัวแปรต่างๆ ครบถ้วน |
| Other Abstract: | Tourism has played an important role in the economic and social development of Thailand because it is vital for competitive advantage in the tourism sector which attracts income flows into the country. The poor quality of public toilets at tourist attractions is of great concern for tourists and can create a bad image for the tourism industry. These days most countries realize the importance of public toilets because they are an indicator of the level of environmental sanitation. They also have a very serious impact on the image of a country and indicate the level of its development. Many countries have established a clear policy to boost tourism by having a high standard of public toilets with appropriate service provision at tourist attractions. The purpose of this research was to study how to improve the satisfaction of users of public toilets at tourist sites. The data was analyzed and recommendations made to increase the satisfaction of public toilet users to help promote tourism in Thailand. These recommendations were made based on the resources available and environment of a particular tourist area. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 tourists at four tourist attractions and surveying the physical properties of the areas in depth. It was found that acoustic comfort, lighting comfort, thermal comfort, aesthetics, indoor air quality, area management and service were the major factors impacting the impression of the tourists in regards to public toilets. Researcher has used these variables to create a checklist to improve the satisfaction of users of public toilets. |
