dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาดีเด่นสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ในด้านการจัดการสอน ด้านการอบรมและแนะแนว ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง และด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาดีเด่น สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครมีการปฏิบัติงานดังนี้ ด้านการจัดการสอน ครูส่วนใหญ่เตรียมการสอนทั้งที่โรงเรียนและที่บ้าน มีการทำสรุปย่อเนื้อหาจากบทเรียน แบบฝึกหัดและข้อทดสอบ เพื่อเตรียมไว้ใช้ในการเรียนการสอน ครูดำเนินกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนครบทุกขั้นตอน ใช้กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนหลายชนิด ทั้งการบรรยาย อภิปราย การทดลองและแก้ปัญหา การสาธิตและการปฏิบัติจริง ครูส่วนใหญ่ทำสื่อการสอนใช้เอง โดยใช้เวลาในชั่วโมงว่างและวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ ครูใช้สื่อการสอนทุกครั้งที่สอน ครูส่วนใหญ่ทดสอบย่อยนักเรียนในระหว่างภาคเรียนและครูวัดผลการเรียนของนักเรียนในขณะที่สอนโดยการตรวจแบบฝึกหัด มีการสอนซ่อมเสริมนักเรียนที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนต่ำโดยสอนเป็นรายบุคคล จัดทำแบบฝึกหัดเสริมเพื่อสอนเสริมให้กับนักเรียนที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูง ครูส่วนใหญ่ซ่อมเสริมนักเรียนในเวลาช่วงเย็นหลังเลิกเรียน ด้านการอบรมและแนะแนว ในการอบรมนักเรียนให้มีความประพฤติดีและมีระเบียบวินัย ครูได้กำหนดข้อตกลงเพื่อปฏิบัติร่วมกันภายในห้องเรียนและมอบหมายงานประจำให้นักเรียนรับผิดชอบ ในด้านการแนะแนว เมื่อนักเรียนมีปัญหาเกิดขึ้น ครูจะเชิญผู้ปกครองมาพบที่โรงเรียน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ครูส่วนใหญ่จัดกิจกรรมวันสำคัญต่าง ๆ ครูมีการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรโดยใช้เวลาในชั่วโมงที่มีการเรียนการสอนตามปกติ ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง ครูส่วนใหญ่อ่านวารสารการศึกษา กทม. แล้วนำความรู้มาถ่ายทอดให้นักเรียนฟังและบรรยายประกอบบทเรียน นอกจากนี้ครูจะประชุมปรึกษากับเพื่อนครูเพื่อพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียน โดยใช้เวลาช่วงเย็นหลังเลิกเรียนและช่วงพักกลางวัน โรงเรียนสนับสนุนให้ครูเพิ่มพูนความรู้โดยส่งเข้ารับการอบรมทางวิชาการ ด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน ครูส่วนใหญ่นำนักเรียนไปบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ให้แก่ชุมชน และเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตามประเพณีกับชุมชนโดยใช้เวลาในวันหยุดราชการ นอกจากนี้ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสิ่งที่ช่วยส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงานของครูคือ การที่ผู้บริหารสร้างเสริมขวัญและกำลังใจให้กับครู
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to investigate teacher performance in outstanding elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok metropolitan administration on the teaching management, training and guidance, extra-curricular activities, self development and relationship to the community. The results were as follows: Teaching management: The teacher carefully prepared, both at school and at home, substantial details, methods, exercises, activities and assessment. Most of them made their own teaching aids and paid constant attention to their students with remedial lessons for those who needed and special exercises for outstanding students. These extra lessons were provided after class. Training and guidance: There were always home room time with the emphasis on good behavior, discipline and responsibility. In guidance and counseling service, parents of students who had problems were asked to come to school to help solving those problems. Co-curricular activities: Mainly they were public holiday activities. Teachers arranged these activities during normal class periods. Self-development: Teachers could go for brush up and further training. They read journals, met in conferences and discussed with other teachers for teaching development. Relationship to the community: The school had close relationship with its community. Teachers and students joined traditional activities on public holidays. Moreover, the investigation found out that incentive and encouragement from the administrators support teachers to perform good teaching.
