| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรพยาบาลศาสตร์ (ต่อเนื่อง 2 ปี เทียบเท่าปริญญาตรี) พุทธศักราช 2535 ของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ การประเมินบริบท พบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรในส่วนที่ระบุถึงสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกมีความสอดคล้องกัน มีความชัดเจนของภาษาที่ใช้ สามารถปฏิบัติได้จริง มีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม และมีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ในวิชาชีพ อยู่ในระดับมาก โครงสร้างของหลักสูตรด้านจำนวนหน่วยกิตรวม หน่วยกิตหมวดวิชา หน่วยกิตรายวิชา ส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสม เนื้อหารายวิชาในหลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคมและความต้องการของผู้เรียน การจัดการเรียนการสอนและการวัดและประเมินผลมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีความซ้ำซ้อนของเนื้อหาวิชาอยู่ในระดับน้อย และมีประโยชน์ต่อการประกอบอาชีพอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนเกณฑ์การวัดและประเมินผลมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ปัจจัยเบื้องต้นด้านอาจารย์และนักศึกษา พบว่า การประเมินด้านอาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่ปริมาณอาจารย์มีความเพียงพอกับรายวิชาภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับน้อย ด้านนักศึกษามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับปัจจัยที่สนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ส่วนใหญ่มีความพียงพออยู่ในระดับน้อย แต่มีคุณภาพ และความสะดวกในการใช้บริการอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านกระบวนการ พบว่า กระบวนการบริหารมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก การจัดการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์ และการวัดผลประเมินผล มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน ด้านผลผลิต ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา มีคุณลักษณะทั่วไปและคุณลักษณะทางวิชาชีพ ตรงตามที่กำหนดไว้ในวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรในระดับมาก |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to evaluate the Diploma Program in Nursing Science (Two Years Continuing Equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree) B.E. 2535, The Ministry of Public Health. Research findings showed as follows: With regards to context evaluation data indicated that the curriculum objectives which stated related to the external factors were correlated also they were clearly stated, practicable, corresponding to the social needs and highly concentrated in professional nursing. The curriculum structure was found to be appropriated and the curriculum content was found to be corresponded to social needs and students’ needs. Instructional and evaluation activities were also appropriated and there were some content overlapping. Curriculum content were also found to be necessary to career implementation. The evaluation criterias were highly appropriated. Input evaluation showed that the instructors and students readiness were found to be highly appropriated, while the number of instructors were found to be appropriated at the low level. Instructional aids were low sufficient but high quality and great convenience. With regards to process evaluation they were found that the administrative process and instructional activities were highly appropriated. In terms of product evaluation, the graduates were rated both general and career qualifications as mentioned in curriculum objectives at the high level. |
