| Abstract: | ศึกษาความรู้ เจตคติของชายที่มีต่ออาการหลั่งเร็ว และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้และเจตคติที่มีต่ออาการหลั่งเร็วของชายที่มารับบริการ ณ คลินิกชาย สำนักโรคเอดส์ วัณโรค และโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ (ศูนย์โรงพยาบาลบางรัก) กรุงเทพมหานคร กระทรวงสาธารณสุข อายุ 18- 59 ปี จำนวน 356 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ด้วยการตอบแบบสอบถามที่เขียนตอบด้วยตนเอง พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับอาการหลั่งเร็วในระดับน้อย 58.4% เคยได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับอาการหลั่งเร็ว แหล่งข้อมูลข่าวสารส่วนใหญ่ (45.7%) รับจากอินเตอร์เนท รองลงมาคือเพื่อน/คนรู้จัก (42.8%) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้เกี่ยวกับอาการหลั่งเร็วคือ ระดับการศึกษาที่สูงกว่ามัธยมศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกระดับน้อย (β=.20, p<0.001) การรับรู้ข่าวสารที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับอาการหลั่งเร็ว มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกระดับน้อย (β=.16, p<0.001) เจตคติที่มีต่ออาการหลั่งเร็ว มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกระดับปานกลาง (β=.47, p<0.001) และตัวแปรทั้ง 3 ตัว มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับคะแนนความรู้เกี่ยวกับอาการหลั่งเร็ว ร่วมอธิบายคะแนนความรู้อาการหลั่งเร็วได้ 33% (R = .57, R² = .33) เจตคติที่มีต่ออาการหลั่งเร็ว พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเจตคติเฉลี่ย 35.8 คะแนน ส่วนใหญ่ (55.3%) มีเจตคติที่มีต่ออาการหลั่งเร็วในระดับต่ำ ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับเจตคติที่มีต่ออาการหลั่งเร็วคือ อายุ มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกระดับน้อย (β=.12, p<0.05) การรับรู้ข่าวสารที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับอาการหลั่งเร็ว มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวก ในระดับน้อย (β=.12, p<0.05) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับอาการหลั่งเร็ว มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกระดับปานกลาง (β=.49, p<0.001) และตัวแปรทั้ง 3 ตัว มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับคะแนนเจตคติที่มีต่ออาการหลั่งเร็ว ร่วมอธิบายเจตคติที่มีต่ออาการหลั่งเร็วได้ 30% (R = .55, R² = .30) |
| Other Abstract: | To study the knowledge, attitudes toward premature ejaculation and evaluate the associated with premature ejaculation among clients of men’s clinic in STI Division Bureau of AIDS/TB/STIs Department of Disease Control (Bang Ruk). The sample included 356 men aged 18 to 59 selected by simple random sampling. The data were collected by using a self-reported questionnaire and analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The study results: 1) Subjects have average ages are 35.1 ± 1.07 years old, 56.7% are single, 47.8% are high school level of education. 2) 51.1% have low level of knowledge toward PE, 58.4% had been received data about premature ejaculation and 45.7% receives source of premature ejaculation information from internet, 42.8% from friends. The factors which associated with knowledge are the level of education higher than high school (β=.20, p<0.001), have been received information of PE (β=.16, p<0.001) and attitude of PE (β=.47, p<0.001) which these factors have positively and significantly correlated with knowledge toward PE (R=.58, R²=.33 p<.001). 3) 55.3% have low level of attitudes toward PE. The factors which associated with knowledge are ages (β=.12, p<0.05), receives information of PE (β=.12, p<0.05) and knowledge of PE (β=.49, p<0.001) which these factors have positively and significantly correlated with attitudes toward PE (R=.55, R²=.30, p<0.001). |
