| Abstract: | ศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหาและแนวทางปรับปรุงแก้ไขการจัดการความรู้ในโรงเรียนสังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ และเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของโรงเรียนสังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ โดยมีขั้นตอนในการวิจัย 6 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นที่ 1 กำหนดกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัย ขั้นที่ 2 ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ การจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนสังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ ขั้นที่ 3 นำข้อมูลจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 และ 2 มาสังเคราะห์และร่างรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ เพื่อให้เห็นภาพรวมที่สมบูรณ์ขององค์ประกอบของการจัดการความรู้ ที่จะมีประสิทธิภาพต่อโรงเรียนสังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ ขั้นที่ 4 นำข้อมูลองค์ประกอบของการจัดการความรู้ที่ได้จากการสังเคราะห์ในขั้นตอนที่ 3 มาศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และสังเคราะห์วิธีการดำเนินงานในแต่ละองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนสังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ ขั้นที่ 5 ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ว่าสอดคล้องกับบริบทของโรงเรียนสังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ ขั้นที่ 6 ปรับปรุงและนำเสนอรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของโรงเรียนสังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ ประชากรในการวิจัยคือ โรงเรียนสังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งมีทั้งสิ้น 39 โรงเรียน ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยเลือกโรงเรียนสังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ ที่มีการกำหนดนโยบายการใช้การจัดการความรู้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมในการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนจำนวน 10 โรงเรียน เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย สำหรับผู้ให้ข้อมูลใช้ประชากร ผู้บริหาร และครูทั้งหมดเป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูล ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม คือ ผู้จัดการ/ผู้อำนวยการ จำนวน 10 คน หัวหน้างานการจัดการความรู้ จำนวน 10 คน และครูจำนวน 863 คน ในโรงเรียนสังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารการสัมภาษณ์ การตอบแบบสอบถาม และการตอบแบบประเมิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1. สภาพการดำเนินงานการจัดการความรู้ในโรงเรียนสังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ พบว่า สถานศึกษานำเจตนารมณ์แห่งพระวรสาร และปรัชญาการศึกษา ของอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ มาเป็นแนวทางในการกำหนดแผนกลยุทธ์ และแผนปฏิบัติการประจำปีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการความรู้ และบูรณาการเจตนารมณ์แห่งพระวรสารและปรัชญาการศึกษาเข้าไปในการจัดการเรียนการสอน กิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่จัดขึ้นทั้งภายในและภายนอกสถานศึกษา 2. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคการดำเนินงานการจัดการความรู้ในโรงเรียนสังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ พบว่า บุคลากรในโรงเรียนบางส่วนขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดการความรู้ และการจัดการความรู้บางโรงเรียนไม่เป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง 3. รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของโรงเรียนสังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ คือ "SUBA-KM Model" (Schools under Bangkok Archdiocese’s Knowledge Management model) ที่มุ่งพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้เรียน มี 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การกำหนดเป้าหมายในการจัดการความรู้ การกำหนดความรู้ที่ต้องการใช้ การสรรหาเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งความรู้ การกลั่นกรองความรู้ การสร้างสรรค์ความรู้ การแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ การนำความรู้ไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ และการสร้างคลังความรู้ |
| Other Abstract: | To 1) study the state, problems and ways to rectify the knowledge management of schools under Bangkok Archdiocese, 2) develop a suitable knowledge management model for schools under Bangkok Archdiocese through 6 research processes: 1) to set the conceptual research framework, 2) to study and analyze the knowledge management of schools under Bangkok Archdiocese, 3) to use the obtained data as the base of research design to synthesize and draft knowledge management model in order to see the complete components of the whole picture of it for schools under Bangkok Archdiocese, 4) to develop the synthesized model of knowledge management after analyzing the obtained data from the third process, 5) to investigate the appropriateness of the knowledge management model of schools under Bangkok Archdiocese, 6) to improve and present the most suitable knowledge management model for schools under Bangkok Archdiocese. The population in this research consisted of school administrators, heads of knowledge management departments and teachers in 39 schools under Bangkok Archdiocese. The sample population consisted of 10 school administrators, 10 heads of knowledge management department and 863 teachers from 10 schools. Data were collected by using semi-structured interviews , documentary analyses and questionnaires. Data were analyzed and presented through content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: 1. The most practiced state of knowledge management in schools under Bangkok Archdiocese was that schools implemented according to the spirit of scripture and educational philosophy of Bangkok Archdiocese as their determiner of a strategic plan and one-year action plan as well as integrate the spirit of scripture and educational philosophy of Bangkok Archdiocese into curriculum, instruction, and school activities. 2. The most critical problem of knowledge management of schools under Bangkok Archdiocese was that teachers did not understand knowledge management. Some schools did not use knowledge management continuously and accordingly. 3. A suitable knowledge management model for schools under Bangkok Archdiocese was "SUBA-KM Model" (Schools under Bangkok Archdiocese’s Knowledge Management Model) for student competency development, comprising 8 components : 1) knowledge vision 2) knowledge definition 3) knowledge acquisition 4) knowledge screening 5) knowledge creation 6) knowledge sharing 7) knowledge utilization and 8) knowledge assets. |
