dc.description.abstractการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์ทางพันธุกรรมของน้ำหนักตัวเมื่อโตเต็มที่ และอัตราการเจริญเติบโตเต็มที่ที่ได้จากกราฟการเจริญเติบโตรูปแบบต่างๆ ได้แก่ สมการ Gompertz Logistic และ von Bertalanffy ข้อมูลน้ำหนักตัวของไก่พื้นเมืองพันธุ์ประดู่หางดำตั้งแต่แรกเกิดจนถึงอายุ 1 ปี จำนวน 109,153 บันทึก ของศูนย์วิจัยและบำรุงพันธุ์สัตว์เชียงใหม่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ตั้งแต่ ปี พ.ศ. 2545 ถึง 2548 ถูกนำมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ การประมาณสมการ การเจริญเติบโตใช้ PROC NLIN ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SAS และการประมาณค่าองค์ประกอบความแปรปรวนของน้ำหนักตัว, น้ำหนักตัวโตเต็มที่ (A) และอัตราเข้าสู่น้ำหนักโตเต็มที่ (K) ใช้วิธี REML ด้วยโปรแกรม BLUPF90 - ChickenPAK 2.5 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าสมการ Gompertz, Logistic และ von Bertalanffy ให้ค่าน้ำหนักตัวโตเต็มที่ (A) เท่ากับ 1,333.88 กรัม, 1,943.50 กรัม และ 2,371.07 กรัม ตามลำดับ ค่าอัตราพันธุกรรมน้ำหนักตัวโตเต็มที่ (A) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.601, 0.208 และ0.488 ตามลำดับ ค่าอัตราพันธุกรรมของอัตราเข้าสู่น้ำหนักโตเต็มที่ (K) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.466, 0.104 และ0.384 ตามลำดับ ค่าอัตราพันธุกรรมของน้ำหนักตัวตั้งแต่แรกเกิด จนถึงอายุ 1 ปี ค่าอัตราพันธุกรรมของอัตราการเจริญเติบโตเฉลี่ยต่อวัน และค่าอัตราพันธุกรรมของอัตราการเปลี่ยนอาหารตั้งแต่แรกเกิด ถึง 24 สัปดาห์ อยู่ในช่วง 0.22 ถึง 0.69, 0.35 ถึง 0.53 และ0.42 ถึง 0.43 ตามลำดับen
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objective of this study was to estimate the genetic parameters for mature weight and rate of mature weight obtained from three growth functions, which were Gompertz, Logistic and von Bertalanffy models.There were 109,153 records of body weight data of Praduhangdum, the Thai native chicken breed, from Chiangmai Livestock Research and Breeding Center, Chiangmai province from birth to one year of age during 2002-2005 used in this analysis. Animal growth curves were estimated by PROC NLIN provided by SAS. Variance components were estimated by restricted maximum likelihood (REML) using BLUPF90-ChickenPAK 2.5. The results showed that the mature weight (A) from Gompertz, Logistic and von Bertalanffy models were 1,333.88 gm., 1,943.50 gm. and 2,371.07 gm., respectively with heritability estimates were 0.601, 0.208 and 0.488, respectively.The heritability estimates of rate of mature weight (K) were 0.466, 0.104 and 0.384, respectively. The heritability estimates of body weight from birth to one year, average daily gain (ADG) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) from birth to 24 week ranged from 0.22 to 0.69, 0.35 to 0.53 and 0.42 to 0.43, respectivelyen
