| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษากลุ่มของตัวพยากรณ์ที่สามารถร่วมกันทำนายแววความเป็นครูของนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ปีการศึกษา 2529 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวพยากรณ์แววความเป็นครูในแต่ละด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ มีดังนี้ 1. ด้านความสามารถเฉพาะเกี่ยวกับการสังเกต เหตุผลและการใช้ภาษา ได้แก่ การอบรมเลี้ยงดูแบบเข้มงวด สถานที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนในกรุงเทพมหานคร และความรับผิดชอบ (R2 = 8.07 %) 2. ด้านประสบการณ์ที่สัมพันธ์กับแววความเป็นครู ได้แก่ ความมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น เพศ และ ภูมิลำเนาของนิสิตที่อยู่ในเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาลในจังหวัดที่ไม่มีวิทยาลัยครู (R2 = 9.67 %) 3. ด้านทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครู ได้แก่ มารดาประกอบอาชีพค้าขายและมารดาเป็นแม่บ้าน (R2 = 3.74%) 4. ด้านความสามารถทั่วไปของนิสิต ได้แก่ เพศของนิสิต (R2 = 3.60 %) 5. ด้านความรู้รอบเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาและสังคม ได้แก่ ความอดทน ฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจของครอบครัว ลำดับการเกิด เพศและสถานที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนในเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาลในจังหวัดที่ไม่มีวิทยาลัยครู (R2 = 9.96 %) 6. แววความเป็นครูทั้งฉบับ ได้แก่ ฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจของครอบครัว ความมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น เพศและภูมิลำเนาของนิสิตที่อยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร (R2 = 8.38 %) |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study a group of variables that could explain and predict teacher potentiality of first year undergraduate students of the faculty of education in Chulalongkorn University, academic year 1986. The research result indicated that variables that could explain and predict each of the fallowing parts of the teacher potentiality were as follow : 1. Specific abilities on observertion, reasoning and language usage: strict child rearing, school being located in Bangkok and responsibility. (R2 = 6.82 %) 2. Past Experiences : dominance over others, sex and place of living i.e. city or district municipal areas where there were no teacher training colleges. (R2 = 9.67 %) 3. Attitude : profession were mothers being traders or housewives. (R2 = 3.74 %) 4. General Abilities : sex (R2 = 3.60 %) 5. Knownledge in Education and Society : tolerance, family’s economic status, birth order, sex and location of school city or in municipal areas in a province where teacher training college did not exist. (R2 = 9.96 %) Those variables that could explain and predict to total part of the teacher potentiality were: family’s economic status, dominance over other, sex and being a resident in Bangkok. (R2 = 8.38 %) |
