| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive Research) โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มสมรรถภาพของนักเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2549-2558 และ (2) นำเสนอแนวโน้มสมรรถภาพของนักเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2549-2558 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้มี 2 กลุ่ม คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน และอาจารย์และผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการบริหารและปฏิบัติงานด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา จำนวน 20 คน ผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจำนวน 3 รอบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย มัธยฐาน ฐานนิยม ความแตกต่างระหว่างฐานนิยมกับมัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: แนวโน้มสมรรถภาพของนักเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2549-2558 แบ่งเป็น 3 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 136 สมรรถภาพ ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ 59 สมรรถภาพ ด้านทักษะ 59 สมรรถภาพ และด้านคุณลักษณะนิสัย 18 สมรรถภาพ ดังนี้ 1. ด้านความรู้ แบ่งได้ 7 ข้อ 59 สมรรถภาพ ได้แก่ 1) ความรู้ทางการบริการ 2) ความรู้ทางวิชาการ 3) ความรู้ทางการออกแบบ 4) ความรู้ทางการพัฒนา 5) ความรู้ทางการใช้ 6) ความรู้ทางการจัดการ และ 7) ความรู้ทางการประเมิน 2. ด้านทักษะ แบ่งได้ 7 ข้อ 59 สมรรถภาพ ได้แก่ 1) ทักษะทางการบริการ 2) ทักษะทางวิชาการ 3) ทักษะทางการออกแบบ 4) ทักษะทางการพัฒนา 5) ทักษะทางการใช้ 6) ทักษะทางการจัดการ และ 7) ทักษะทางการประเมิน 3. ด้านคุณลักษณะนิสัย แบ่งได้ 18 สมรรถภาพ ได้แก่ 1) มีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล 2) ทันต่อเหตุการณ์ 3) มีการคิดเป็นระบบ 4) มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ 5) มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม 6) มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพ 7) มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ 8) มีการเรียนรู้และการทำงานเป็นทีม 9) มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อผู้อื่น 10) มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน 11) รู้จักแสวงหาความรู้ใหม่อยู่เสมอ 12) มีการแบ่งปันและแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้กับผู้อื่นเสมอ 13) รู้จักปรับตัวให้ทันกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 14) ยึดถือเรื่องลิขสิทธิ์ การอ้างอิงเป็นนิสัย 15) ดัดแปลง คิดใหม่ ทำใหม่ 16) มีจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ 17) มีใจรักในการบริการ และ 18) มีความอดทนอดกลั้น |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were 1) to investigate specialists' opinions concerning the trend of educational technologists' competency in higher education institution during B.E. 2549-2558 and 2) to propose the trend of educational technologists' competency in higher education institutions during B.E. 2549-2558. The samples were 5 specialists and 20 experts who are instructors and directors of educational technology centers. The data were collected by three-rounds questionnaires of Delphi Technique. The data were analyzed by percentage, median, mode, the difference between median and mode and interquartile range. The findings of this study indicated that : The trend of educational technologists' competency in higher education institutions during B.E. 2549-2558 consists of 136 competencies in three areas: 59 competencies in knowledge area, 59 competencies in skills areas and 18 competencies in characteristic areas. 1. The Knowledge areas consist of 1) knowledge of service 2) knowledge of academic 3) knowledge of design 4) knowledge of development 5) knowledge of utilization 6) knowledge of management and 7) knowledge of evaluation. 2. The Skills areas consist of 1) skill of service 2) skill of academic 3) skill of design 4) skill of development 5) skill of utilization 6) skill of management and 7) skill of evaluation. 3. The Characteristics areas consist of 1) shared vision 2) caught up with events 3) system thinking 4) leadership 5) ethics and morality 6) positive attitudes 7) creative thinking 8) learning and team working 9) good relationships 10) enthusiasm 11) knowledge acquiring 12) knowledge sharing 13) adjustment to working with information technology 14) copyright and reference concern 15) modify, create and observe 16) professional ethics 17) service mindedness and 18) tolerance. |
