| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล คุณลักษณะองค์การและการจัดการสถานที่ทำงานที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และศึกษาตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตภาคกลาง สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 347 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามลักษณะองค์การ แบบสอบถามการจัดการสถานที่ทำงานที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพ และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหาของแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และแบบสอบถามการจัดการสถานที่ทำงานที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพเท่ากับ 1 และ .89 ตามลำดับ และค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคของแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และแบบสอบถามการจัดการสถานที่ทำงานที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพเท่ากับ .90 และ .93 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. พยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตภาคกลาง สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข มีพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่ามีพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน 2. พยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตภาคกลาง สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข รับรู้การจัดการสถานที่ทำงานที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 3. ตัวแปรคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล คุณลักษณะองค์การและการจัดสถานที่ทำงานที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพ มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตภาคกลาง สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่ร่วมกันทำนายความผันแปรพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตภาคกลาง สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ได้แก่ การจัดโครงการสถานที่ทำงานน่าอยู่ น่าทำงาน/ประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงาน/โรงพยาบาลขนาดเล็ก/ การนำองค์การและการบริหาร/ ได้รับการอบรมเรื่องส่งเสริมสุขภาพ/ ผ่านการรับรองเป็นโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพและช่วงอายุ 30-39 ปี สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพได้ 22.3% (R² = .223) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สมการคะแนนมาตรฐานคือ พฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ = 0.366 (การจัดโครงการสถานที่ทำงานน่าอยู่ น่าทำงาน) + 0.176 (ประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงาน) + 0.133 (โรงพยาบาลขนาดเล็ก) + 0.128 (การนำองค์การและการบริหาร) + 0.108 (ได้รับการอบรมเรื่องส่งเสริมสุขภาพ) - 0.131 (ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐานโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพ) - 0.128 (ช่วงอายุ 30-39 ปี) |
| Other Abstract: | To study the personal factors, organization factors, healthy workplace management and health promotion behavior of professional nurses in community hospitals, Ministry of Public Health and construction of the equation predicting health status of professional nurses in community hospitals, Ministry of Public Health. The subjects consisted of 347 professional nurses in community hospitals, Ministry of Public Health selected by stratified random sampling technique. The research instruments were questionnaires consisted of healthy workplace management and health promotion behavior of professional nurses in community hospitals, Ministry of Public Health. Questionnaires which were tested for content validity were 1 and 0.89 respectively. and the reliability were .93 and .90 respectively. Statistical technique utilized in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Major findings were the following: 1. The results revealed that the professional nurses in community hospitals, Ministry of Public Health had medium level of health promoting behavior. When considering each dimension of health promoting was examined, it was found that the aspect health promoting behaviors which were at medium level. 2. Professional nurses in community hospitals, Ministry of Public Health perceived healthy workplace management of the all were at a moderate level. When considering each dimension of health promoting was examined, it was found that the aspect of healthy workplace management which were at moderate level. 3. Personal factors, organization factors and healthy workplace management factors were significantly related to health promotion behavior of professional nurses in community hospitals, Ministry of Public Health at .05 level. 4. The variable that could significantly predict the health promotion behavior of professional nurses in community hospitals, Ministry of Public Health were the healthy workplace management project, work experience, small hospital, health promoting planning and management policy, health promoting training, health promoting hospital and age 30-39 year olds predictors account for 22.3 (R² =.223) of variance at .05 level. The predicted equation in standard score from the analysis at health promotion behaviors of professional nurses in community hospitals, Ministry of Public Health. was as follow health promotion behavior = 0.366 (healthy workplace management project)+ 0.176 (work experience) + 0.133 (small hospital) + 0.128 (health promoting planning and management policy) + 0.108 (pass health promoting training ) - 0.131 (health promoting hospital) - 0.128 (age 30-39 year olds). |
