| Abstract: | การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว ตามการรับรู้ของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมกลุ่มสนับสนุนครอบครัว และเปรียบเทียบการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว ตามการรับรู้ของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมกลุ่มสนับสนุนครอบครัว กับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยคือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่เข้ารับการรักษาแบบผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา ผู้ดูแลและสมาชิกในครอบครัว เลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 24 ครอบครัว แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง และกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 12 ครอบครัว โดยจับคู่ (matched pair) ด้วยอายุของผู้ดูแล และระยะเวลาในการดูแลผู้ป่วย กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมกลุ่มสนับสนุนครอบครัวที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ โปรแกรมกลุ่มสนับสนุนครอบครัว เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ดูแล และแบบประเมินการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว Chulalongkorn Family Inventory (CFI) เครื่องมือทุกชนิดผ่านการทดสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน มีค่าความตรงเท่ากับ 1 ทดสอบค่าความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว โดยหา Chronbach’s alpha ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .90 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวตามการรับรู้ของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมกลุ่มสนับสนุนครอบครัว ดีกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. การทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวตามการรับรู้ของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภท กลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมกลุ่มสนับสนุนครอบครัว ดีกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were to compare the family functioning as perceived by family caregivers of schizophrenic patients before and after received family mutual support group, and those who received regular caring activities. The 24 families of schizophrenic patients admitted in Srithanya Hospital were purposively selected based on the inclusion criteria. These samples were matched pair by age of caregivers and responsibility duration of caring to experimental group and control group, 12 subjects in each group. The experimental group received family mutual support group, whereas the control group received regular caring activities. Research instruments were family mutual support group program, and the family functioning scale (CFI). These instruments were examined for content validity by 5 psychiatric experts. The reliability of the scales by Chronbach’ s Alpha coefficients were .90. The statistical techniques utilized in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. Major results of this study were: 1. The family functioning among family caregivers of schizophrenic patients who received family mutual support group after the experiment was significantly better than before at the .05 level. 2. The family functioning among family caregivers of schizophrenic patients who received family mutual support group was significantly better than those who received regular caring activities at the .05 level. |
