| Abstract: | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่มีคุณภาพการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพทั้ง 3 ระดับ ของกรมอนามัย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข (2) พัฒนาโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของคุณภาพการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ (3) ทดสอบความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของคุณภาพการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ระหว่างโรงเรียนที่มีคุณภาพการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพทั้ง 3 ระดับ ของกรมอนามัย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือโรงเรียนที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน 3 ระดับจำนวน 618 โรงเรียน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มหลายขั้นตอนจากประชากร 29,387 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือคือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาในช่วง 0.60-1.00 ค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS วิเคราะห์ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องและทดสอบความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของโมเดลด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล 8.72 ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า (1) การดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เมื่อวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพของกลุ่มคุณภาพระดับทอง ระดับเงิน และระดับทองแดง มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และเมื่อทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ ได้แก่ ระดับทองกับระดับเงิน ระดับทองกับระดับทองแดง และระดับเงินกับระดับทองแดง พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (2) โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของคุณภาพของการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่พัฒนาขึ้นสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (chi-square= 29.994, df=56, P=0.998, GFI= 0.995, AGFI=0.983) (3) โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของคุณภาพการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพมีความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของรูปแบบโมเดล และค่าพารามิเตอร์ของเมทริกซ์อิทธิเชิงสาเหตุระหว่างตัวแปรภายนอกแฝงไปยังตัวแปรภายในแฝง แต่มีความแปรเปลี่ยนของค่าพารามิเตอร์ของเมทริกซ์ความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรภายนอกแฝง และค่าพารามิเตอร์ของเมทริกซ์ความคลาดเคลื่อนของตัวแปรแฝงภายใน ระหว่างกลุ่มคุณภาพระดับทอง ระดับเงิน และระดับทองแดง (chi-square= 22.051, df=40, P=.990, GFI= .983) |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were (1) to study and compare the quality of the Health Promoting Schools' Performance in 3 levels of Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health (2) to develop the causal model of quality of Health Promoting Schools' Performance (3) to test the model invariance among 3 levels of quality of health promoting schools of Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health. The sample consisted of 900 health promoting schools from 29,387 schools obtained by multi-stage random sampling from health promoting schools which passed the criteria in 3 levels. The research tools were questionnaires which created by the researcher and the IOC ranging from 0.60-1.00, reliability is 0.97. The data obtained was analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA by using SPSS program and the analyses of structural equation model and model invariance by using LISREL program version 8.72 The research found that (1) the performance of health promoting schools is at high level in every aspects. The analysis of the difference compared with helth promotion schools in gold, silver and bronze levels were different at .01 significant level.The comparision between gold and silver, gold and broze and silver and broze levesl found is the different at .01 significant level (2) The developed causal model was valid and fit to the empirical data (chi-square= 29.994, df=56, P=0.998, GFI= 0.995, AGFI=0.983) (3) The causal model indicated invariance of model form and the parameter of the casual effect matrix from exogenous latent variable to endogenous latent variable. But indicate variance of the parameter of the variance-covariance matrix of independent latent variable and the parameter of the variance-covariance matrix of errors in dependent latent variables among gold silver and bronze groups. (chi-square= 22.051, df=40, P=.990, GFI= .983). |
