dc.description.abstract	วิเคราะห์ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศตราสารหนี้เพื่อการบริการลูกค้าและผู้สนใจโดยผ่านเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ให้สามารถแสดงผลข้อมูลสารสนเทศด้านตราสารหนี้แก่ลูกค้าและผู้สนใจโดยผ่านทางเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต โดยจัดแบ่งการให้บริการออกเป็นหมวดหมู่ สามารถใช้งานได้สะดวกและเข้าใจง่ายได้แก่ การให้บริการด้านการตรวจสอบการทำธุรกรรมของลูกค้าแต่ละราย การให้บริการข้อมูลตราสารหนี้ การให้บริการด้านช่วยวิเคราะห์การลงทุนในตราสารหนี้ การให้บริการแก่ผู้สนใจทั่วไป การออกแบบระบบ เริ่มจากการศึกษาการให้บริการของระบบงานตราสารหนี้หลักของบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ธนสยาม จำกัดเป็นกรณีศึกษา ศึกษาความต้องการในส่วนช่วยวิเคราะห์การลงทุนในตราสารหนี้ ออกแบบวิธีการสร้างข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่ใช้ในการให้บริการ ออกแบบขั้นตอนการสร้างและนำเข้าข้อมูล ออกแบบการควบคุมรักษาความปลอดภัย ออกแบบฐานข้อมูลโดยใช้ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ พัฒนาระบบโดยใช้ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลไมโครซอฟท์ เอสคิวเอล รุ่น 7.0 โดยระบบประกอบด้วย 2 ระบบย่อย คือ ระบบย่อยการดูแลระบบเพื่อใช้ในการให้บริการ เป็นระบบย่อยที่ช่วยในการสร้างและนำเข้าข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่จะให้บริการจากระบบงานตราสารหนี้หลักซึ่งจะพัฒนาโดยใช้โปรแกรมเพาเวอร์บิวเดอร์รุ่น 6.0 และระบบย่อยการบริการลูกค้าโดยผ่านเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ซึ่งเป็นระบบย่อยที่ช่วยในการให้บริการข้อมูลสารสนเทศตราสารหนี้ผ่านทางเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตซึ่งจะพัฒนาโดย โปรแกรมวิชวลอินเตอร์เด็ปรุ่น 6.0 ผลที่ได้รับจากการวิจัยปรากฏว่าสามารถช่วยในการให้ข้อมูลสารสนเทศตราสารหนี้ โดยผ่านเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนด รวมถึงเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบงานด้านอื่นๆ ของบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ต่อไป	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	Analyzes, designs and develops a bond information system for customer services via the Internet. Being capable of presenting bond information for customers and interested people with user friendly tools via the Internet, this information system consists of four categories--1) Business investigation services 2) Bond information services 3) Investment analyzing services 4) General information services. The system design uses services of the main bond system at Dhana Siam Securities Co., Ltd., as a case study starting from collecting requirements for analyzing investments on bonds. The next step is to design methods and procedures of creating importing and exporting information for services, including securities and relational database management system using Microsoft SQL Server 7.0. The system consists of two subsystems. The customer service subsystem helps provide bond information to customers via the Internet developed by Visual Interdev 6.0. The latter is the support subsystem, which creates imports and exports service information from the main bond system developed by Power Builder 6.0. Consequently the study is found to meet the set objective of being able to provide customers information via the Internet.
