| Abstract: | การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบบรรยายเชิงความสัมพันธ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่รักษาด้วยยาฉีดอินซูลินร่วมกับยารับประทาน โดยใช้ทฤษฎีการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของ Pender (2006) เป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัยกลุ่มตัวอย่างอายุ 20-59 ปี จำนวน 143 คน ที่มารับบริการคลินิกเบาหวาน โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย โรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมได้แก่ ระดับน้ำตาลเฉลี่ยสะสมในเลือด จำนวนภาวะแทรกซ้อน แบบสอบถามที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ประโยชน์ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้อุปสรรค แบบสอบถามการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบสอบถามอิทธิพลด้านสถานการณ์ แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ค่าความเที่ยงคือ0.75, 0.84, 0.71, 0.84, 0.70, 0.89 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1.กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.17, SD = .55) 2. จำนวนภาวะแทรกซ้อนการรับรู้ประโยชน์ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน การสนับสนุนทางสังคม อิทธิพลด้านสถานการณ์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่รักษาด้วยยาฉีดอินซูลินร่วมกับยารับประทานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .019, 0.457, 0.715, 0.381, 0.238) 3. ระดับน้ำตาลเฉลี่ยสะสมในเลือดการรับรู้อุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่รักษาด้วยยาฉีดอินซูลินร่วมกับยารับประทานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = - 0.425, - 0.193) |
| Other Abstract: | This correlation research was aimed to study the health promotion behaviors and the factors related to health promotion behaviors among type 2 diabetes patient with insulin and oral agent therapy. The theoretical framework was Pender’s Health Promoting Model. The 143 eligible participants were type 2 diabetes patients with insulin and oral agent therapy who had age between 20 – 59 years old and were recruited from the Diabetic outpatients department of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Police General Hospital and Thammasat University Hospital. The collecting data were the number of the HbA1c, diabetic complications .The questionnaires included Perceived Benefits, the Perceived Barrier, the Perceived Self-Efficacy, Social Support, Situational Influences, and Health Promotion Behaviors. The reliability of the questionnaires were 0.75, 0.84, 0.71, 0.84, 0.70, 0.89, respectively .Data were analyzed with the descriptive statistics and Pearson’s Product Moment correlation. The major findings were as follow:The health promotion behaviors among type 2 diabetes patients with insulin and oral agent therapy were at a good level. ( = 3.17 SD = .55) There were positively statistical correlation between diabetic complication, perceived benefits, perceived self-efficacy, social support, situational Influences and health promotion behaviors among type 2 diabetes patients with insulin and oral agent at the significant level of .05. (r = 0.419, 0.457, 0.715, 0.381, 0.238, respectively) There were negatively statistical correlation between HbA1c, perceived barrier and health promotion behaviors among type 2 diabetes patients with insulin and oral agent at the significant level of .05. (r = - 0.425,- 0.193 respectively) |
